My experience was not bad at all, the shipping lady couldn't find my appointment at moment i arrived but a few minutes later she find it, by the way the shipping lady is VERY RUDE!

It took a bit for someone to answer the buzzer but they unloaded me quickly. Pull through employee parking and past front door. Park around the corner and walk up the ramp to check in with buzzer.
I parked in the street adjacent to the office overnight it was noisy early the next morning.

After reading these reviews we were a little concerned about picking up a load from here. Instead we were in and out in an hour and a half. Super friendly ladies loading us today! Thank y’all so much for getting us back on the road quickly!
