I went in today for a sweater that I found & couldn’t wait in the line bc my twin babies (enough said) so I was walking out & handed the sweater to a man that worked there and said can you please put this away- I can’t wait in that line and he said I can help you out with that line if that’s the issue and opened up another register and cleared the line for me. I have been to so many other stores where there are way more employees just standing around and not willing to help (so I just give up-my life is way too busy run) and every time I come in to this store I have a positive experience with the employees. It makes me happy:). And I bet H&M hq would be happy too!!!

Nightmare to return items. Employee told me I could exchange item, next employee did not honor this after I wasted my time searching for a replacement.

This shop is mistly for people between 20 and 25 and the style of clothes wasn't all that.
