My daughters like the clothes here and they're priced okay, but I hate going to this store. They don't have enough fitting rooms, so there is always a line. They never seem to have enough people working, so it can be really difficult to get help. And today the dressing rooms were dirty and gross. When one of my daughters moved something in one of the dressing rooms, it caused a big cloud of dust. And the floor had a bunch of dust bunnies. Not the kind of thing that just accumulates in a day - these bunnies had collected over time.

Lined up at the cashier table but manager had no courtesy to come and help the teller. They had six different helpers and none of them came to help. While asked teller to call she yelled on by saying want my items first or want to wait for manager to come and talk. They don't understand brand loyalty and instead of appreciating the loyal customers they just ignored those waiting in lines.

My grandson and I had the worst experience with Hollister Co. He is a college student and has had previous orders with this company. For whatever reason two packages he ordered did not reach him. Hollister refused to make it right. Several responses offered an apology but no solution. His school has several measures in place to ensure packages reach the correct person. His packages totalled 339.00 and they are telling us to live with it. This is unacceptable and sad. A young college student with limited resources has to endure this from a company he likes so much. He told them that all he wants is his items, not money and yet they refused. We were told to contact the local authorities. The package was never received. He has to be on a mailing list at school and given a specific mail QR code to get packages and he was not. This Company doesn't care about its customers. It's just sad. No one has money to just give away. For my grandson to contact me in SC about it shows how hurt he is about this situation. So sad. All he wants is the items he ordered

11/19/2023 cashier 02356175RUDE!!! this employee has POOR customer service, at check out i was told i needed another item to qualify for a discount, which is fine. But how this employee talked was absolutely uncalled for, "make it fast " she told me in a horrendous way.

Store associate Denver at the Short Pump Hollister was such an amazing help to me trying to find specific items my sister wanted for Christmas that it was saying weren't available online. She even put them on hold for me until I could come and pick them up in person. GREAT customer service give her a raise!!!!

Do not shop at this store!! Not only do they refuse to let you exchange items that are brand new with tags without a phone number but they are rude and entitled! Corporate is even worse, absolutely ridiculous, will never ever shop again and I hope you go out of business!
