We received excellent service from Pauline at the customer service desk. There was no one working appliances so we had to place an order with the customer service desk. Then we found out the Home Depot system couldn't accommodate using both gift cards and a promotional code, so after the purchase Pauline called the bank on our behalf to ask them to apply our promotional code for special financing. She was very transparent about the limitations of the system and was still persistent to make a great deal happen for us. Thank you so much Pauline!

I came here looking for a water spicket for my hose because it was leaking and this Gentleman JT who works here asked me what he could help me with and showed me the perfect outside valve to use. I bought it and installed it and this man saved my elderly mom $400.00 from a plumbers service call. That was amazing customer service I received. Thank you sir for your assistance and Merry Christmas.

I had a defective wash machine delivered Friday that is leaking from the bottom after install that the delivery driver was supposed to come out and look at but never did. Called Sunday and said someone will call in 2-24 hours for an appointment window and never got a call. Just called the customer service number and got the worst employee ever that is loud talking over me and telling me I have to wait for anything to be done and that it was documented notes of my call in Sunday…of course not they try to get you pass that 48 hour return window with lies

We purchased a Rheem gas water heater in the middle of December 2023 from Home Depot and had it installed by a local professional HVAC company. Unfortunately, the installer didn't pay attention to a huge dent on the water heater during installation. Due to their negligence now we have to live with a brand new dented water heater that cost us about $1000.00. Since, we already paid hundreds of dollars for the installation of this water heater, we didn't want to go through returning the water heater and pay for the installation all over again. Home Depot should have better quality control over their products and shouldn't be selling these damaged goods to the consumer. We all work hard for our money and shouldn't have to go through these troubles. In cases like these Home Depot should be liable to pay for reinstallations of their products.

I have been here before, but today was an all-time low and frustration. I really needed to find someone to help me with some electrical service outlets, and I literally walked around for seven minutes, and so many isles of the store, trying to find one associate and cannot find anyone.. Off to Lowe's I go.

Along with the other comments below.. i will never shop there again.. i have spent thousnds of dollars over the years here and now i will never go in there again. Along with the employees being rude and not very knilegable.. if you ask them.. i walked upon a group of 4 or 5 employess huddle in the back corner of the store on the phone.. luckily i knew what i needed and didnt need help. .. after 30 minutes or so, i forgot something else i need where they were.. and still they were on the phone...i even asked them when i went by if they worked or was gonna do some work that day and they just laughed... so pathetic! Thats not the ony time ive seen that! Tho with others discusted with the store.. theres gotten to be where theres 40people in line and only one register open with a real person.. I dont know how you think this is a good way to run a place, but you would be better off to close it down with no more help and lack of concern of how long it takes to grt out of there at peak times!

The manager and lumber guy are very rude the manager’s name is ceceShe doesn’t know how to deal with customers .i am surprised how she became a manager. I wanted to get something and she forced me to get something that I don’t need. most of my work is from home depot but this is the first time I see somebody there who doesn’t know how to work very disappointed.

I am not shopping at home depot again. This was the 5th time you guys never called me a day before for a delivery window. Last 4 times I got the refrigerators with dents and damages which I had to return. This time was a white glove delivery which means everything will be perfect but ? never got a call a day before for a window. I am really very upset and I am going to cancel my order and will never shop again. I am done!!! I see you guys are don't care about the reviews people are giving you 1 star....

Went to the checkout with a human being and had to interrupt her on the phone to get her to check my stuff out. Didn't acknowledge me, scanned my stuff, and the receipt spit out so I had to grab it. She was trying to hide behind the register with her phone so I looked to confirm she was texting. Never said hello or thanks or anything.Maybe you should just go to fully automated everything since the staff don't seem to want to speak or make eye contact with anyone? Was really disappointed that she was THAT fixated on her phone.

Customer service could be better. I waited in front of employees for service and they looked away until I leaned on the counter. They then asked if I needed help and acted put out when I said yes.

Went in here today for some bondo for my husband's truck. Asked for help to find it and once we were helped grabbed some sand paper as well. Went to the self check out and their blatantly obvious loss prevention woman was ON TOP of us at the self check out. She was literally not even a foot from my left side pretending to look at gum. Of course I had to say something and she pretended like she had no clue what was going on but she had a walky talky in her back pocket. If you are going to have loss prevention in the store maybe don't have them standing on top of people and making themselves SO obvious. I can afford to buy whatever I need so we aren't the people to be after and maybe don't make people physically uncomfortable.
