I called this morning and spoke with Calynn, I asked her about putting something on hold for me. It was one of the hello kitty blankets, after I was sent a picture of them by my aunt. She puts me on hold for 2 minutes just to lie and tell me that they didn’t have it. Unacceptable and not very professional, after I was told there’s MANY. Then she wants to say I’m trying to “resell” them. No. Not happy with that at all.

Very busy location. Floor staff gets 5 stars. They are always working hard, stocking and organizing with dancing around so many customers. The younger cashiers are not attentive when making purchases or returns. No issues ever with the older ladies. The younger ladies have double rung me for items and did not complete my return, but instead charge me for my returned items. The Assistant Manager who had to fix the issue was unprofessional and failed to do basic math and told me that the registers calculate totals. 1 item kept out of 5 is very easy to subrtract and estimate my refund, but instead tried to short me $40 on my return. Took 20mins and me repeating myself multiple times for him to refund me the correct amount. Me asking for the District Managers contact info, made him understand and then he processed my refund correctly. I will window shop here, but purchase from another location. I don't have time for the cashiers.

I went yesterday to this store and They tried to accuse us of stealing and wanted to show no proof from the cameras and they were being so aggressive and rude and we were trying to explain to them that we weren’t stealing and they kicked me out the store and kept my boyfriend for 3 hours trying to force him say he stole.

The clothes and shoes...Ifor me I have more success w outerwear and sportswear I don't always have success for tops but friends and family I usually am able to find something. Love the home and food products.

This was my first time going into this location and I didn't realize the size of the store until going inside. I definitely got my exercise in from all the walking and burned off some serious calories from the meal I had prior to my visit.
The layout of the store is nice, most items are strategically placed to get your attention this causing you to explore more and walk down nearly every aisle. I know I did lol.. Despite not finding exactly what I was looking for, the prices were more than reasonable on the items I did purchase, thus making my visit well worth the time.
I'm sure I will visit again, even if it's to walk around and burn more calories but would probably end up buying something because of the great bargains ?
