Lia and Bowie customer service was giving and left no crumbs (that's a good thing 😉). Super nice explained sales also when to come back and answered other questions with no problem. Bowie 😅 your so kind for letting our daughter give you a hug. Our kids super alternative and just marchs to their own symphony 🎶. Again thank you both for being incredible and we will be back.

was helped by Brittney & Anthony the other day and they were amazing! Super sweet & thorough!! I shopped around a bit & grabbed some things but also had a pickup order and they made sure that everything i ordered was inside and bagged it extra! Also got some coupons i can use soon, 10/10 recommend this location! 🖤

One of the larger Hot Topics I've been in and the only one I know of in the Richmond area next closest is Patrick Henry Mall in Newport news which is also good just smaller. Good selection and friendly and helpful staff will continue to shop here A+ 🖤💜🖤💜
