I have had my taxes done by H&R Block for several years now, and have Always been pleased with the results! Now this year is the very first time I've had my state taxes done in person. I was having some problems, because I filed my federal taxes online, but messed up the state tax part, cause I've only been living in Virginia for a couple of years. So, Ms. Gina and her fellow coworker assisted me in fixing the problem, and very successfully helped me fill out my state tax forms, and gave me the address where I needed to drop them off, (On May 1st), so I wouldn't get penalized for it arriving late through the mail. They were so friendly, helpful, compassionate, and understanding, and their Customer Service was Top Notch!! If I ever have to have my taxes done in person again, I will Definitely go back to this H&R Block office to have Ms. Gina and her fellow coworker help me!!
I would definitely advise any and everyone to go to the H&R Block office at 4754 Finlay Street, in Richmond, Virginia for the Best Customer Service!! And to get their taxes done!! Lol... But seriously, They are the BEST!! Thank You H&R Block! Taxes Done!!
