I had such a wonderful experience today at the Short Pump location thanks to Shanna B.! She went above and beyond to help me find an item I really wanted. Shanna took extra time to check availability and made sure I left happy. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness made the experience so much better. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to great customer service. Thank you, Shanna you truly made my day!

The best customer service!
Jenn answered my phone call from New Jersey and immediately acted and found the one 44 Long topcoat in the style I wanted!
She was so lovely on the phone - kind and helpful and genuinely interested in helping me surprise my son for Christmas.
I should receive the package tomorrow and am genuinely grateful that she cared so much and provided excellent customer service.

Very nice store but they didn't have any Christmas sales. Sale people didn't speak or offer help in any way. There were a couple of things I was interested in, but I couldn't get anyone to help me get to my size on top shelves. I j7st turned and walked out.

Maggiano's in Short Pump is one of very positive examples of getting over adjustments of pandemic time. You may have had slow service a few months ago, but it was a very nice visit this time. We had very friendly service and delicious food! Both salmon and chicken were cooked to perfection. We were headed to see a show in Richmond, so we told our server about that, and we had our dishes emerged surprising quickly. We enjoyed our meal and went with a full stomach and very pleasant impression!

I agree with Elizabeth’s post below! I have been wanting to write the same review. I have been an avid J Crew shopper for decades and I have STOPPED shopping at this location. Over the past two years I have never been greeted or even acknowledged unless I’m at checkout. I’m usually one of the ONLY SHOPPERS IN THE STORE and I’m still not given the time of day. Employees are too busy having side conversations and carrying on while ignoring their customers. I’ve taken my business online and suggest others do the same. Don’t waste your time at this location!

I’ve been a J Crew shopper for years, and I absolutely love their clothes. This review is a long time coming as sometimes you have an unpleasant experience and think it’s just the people working that day although after my experience today and the past year I feel compelled to write one. I shop at J Crew Short Pump Mall Richmond VA. No one every greets me, today and many other days I’ve held a bunch of clothes I’m carting around to try on still not one person says a thing. I stood outside the dressing rooms still ignored by 2 staff members engrossed in folding clothes. I walk over 3 steps and ask if she could open a room please. I get a sure nothing else, not if you need anything my name is ....... nothing. I’m mid size and wear a 14/16 the staff I’ve had the pleasure of begging to help me are all extremely discriminatory when it comes to their larger shoppers. This is 2021 J Crew Short Pump do better!

Decent mens selection. Not everything you find online. Be wary they do have prices much higher than online. Not sure why. Hopefully it’s a mistake and not to fool people. Overall they will honor the online price but just warning everyone to check the online price of the item first.

Great store with extremely helpful staff. Be careful though because the clothes are so nice you'll buy way more than you intended.
