Jack Rabbit convenience store is a place people can go to buy snacks and they are very nice. They do not do roadside assistance and are not the ones who made people wait hours for a spare tire. The negative reviews seem a horrendous experience with a roadside assistance company, not with this store. People had an excellent and great experience with fast and swift service. The store was at the stated location in the amount of time and very swift with service. People say they are very nice and the store is a nice place to buy snacks.
I only stopped in the store to get a few odds and ends but the customer service is always great

2 hours late and canceled on me. They are the WORST. Nationwide should drop them.

I have been waiting for over an hour, the shop isn’t answering. They were dispatched through the rental company, Quite frankly I wouldn’t recommend using their service.
