This Jack Rabbit convenience store is place you can go to buy snacks, and they are very nice.
They do not do roadside assistance, so they are not the ones who made people wait hours for a spare tire. The negative reviews all seem to be from people who had a truly horrendous experience with a roadside assistance company, not with this convenience store.

I have been waiting for over an hour, the shop isn’t answering. They were dispatched through the rental company, Quite frankly I wouldn’t recommend using their service.

We have been waiting for over three hours and no tow truck. At first I tried to call and no one answered. After 1.5 hours, on star called and said they were in traffic. We’ll, they still have not shown up. We have finally dispatched another company. This is terrible and when I talked to the dispatcher, she had no compassion.I do not recommend this service.

Wish I could give zero stars. I've been waiting 4 HOURS! You read that right, FOUR, and just got a text to say they are running behind. Seriously?! I'm disappointed in USAA for choosing a company with such poor reviews. Richmond, VA

Waited over 2.5 hours. They couldn’t even get in contact with the driver. Absolute worst service ever. Break a window or push the car yourself before you call them for help.

I really wanted to have a good review. Started off well with Chevrolet Roadside Assistance. Waited about 30 minutes to check status link and found out this company canceled (after confirming and giving eta). They stated some equipment issue. This was a tire change, so not sure what was required they didn't have. This was a Friday evening. I just wished they would have sent a follow-up saying thanks, but we can't help.

This company showed up maybe 1 hour after i got off the phone with state farm he called when he was near he unlocked my door and left, i cant complain about the service but i can about my wife locking her keys in the car..

My auto insurance carrier dispatched Jack Rabbit to give me a jump. After numerous Estimated arrival time changes within 3 hours. I called my insurance company, they suggested I have another road side dispatched because Jack Rabbit was not a reliable company. I just don’t understand why they keep them around with such a bad reputation. I am beyond upset because I’m like 4 hours late for work.. I might as well not go. SMH

Trash! They faked a service call to Good Sam, claimed to not be able to locate me. I was literally the only car on the street and no one drove down it. It’s 95 degrees, I’m overheated and exhausted. I hope their business goes bankrupt

Do not call these people. Called road side assistance through my insurance carrier. Said they were on the way and never showed up. No call no show. It's amazing people like this stay in business. Recommended to my insurance company to drop them. Stranded on 295 during a storm.

I am a female and unfortunately was never taught to change a tire to a spare. I called Jackrabbit and was told a driver would be sent out to change a FLAT TIRE in less than one hour. That hour unfortunately turned into two, then three. I would later find out that the shop closed at 8pm meaning the driver just didn’t care to chow up or call!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
