I been going to Jackson Hewitt for years after years but this year Tammie filed my taxes and somehow made the biggest mistake after I received my refund come to find out the wrong w2 was sent so that meant they overpaid me now I have to pay back over $2000 for a mistake she made smh so I will not be returning as a loyal customer I trusted Jackson Hewitt and they let me down!!!!!!!

Tammi Trent Keifer did an excellent job! She was quick and efficient. She answered all of my questions. She has a pleasant demeanor and stellar customer service skills. I plan on having her to complete my tax returns next year!

Four stars only because Jackie was rude & unprofessional! Courtney S. & Tammi K. however were very professional & helpful, helped me in a timely manner. Courtney stayed and waited for me, very detailed also gave great advice. Look forward to working with these two next year!

I just left The Jackson Hewitt on Brook Road, Richmond, VA. Tax preparer, Courtney was SO VERY HELPFUL, kind and detailed what around what I would have to pay back in taxes. The deadline for taxes is so very close, my payment for services would be quite expensive. Well I would LOVE for her to do my taxes....if I could have afforded it.??❤️

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had doing taxes espcially since I’m military. Ms.Tammi Trent was an amazing tax specialist. I had a lot of issues before doing my taxes and a lot of questions and she was very helpful and understanding and helped me a great bunch. I would recommend anyone that comes here too ask for her she has great service and I’ve enjoyed every bit of it.
