Had a coupon fron their website for half off tax preparation and they still charged over 300.00 for a basic tax form. Told me that they accepted the coupon but yet never gave me my discount, will not be returning to them.

Been using Jackson Hewitt for 5 or more years now, have used several different locations and have always been nothen but satisfied with their service. Everyone I have dealt with have always been knowledgeable and more than helpful . Big shout out to the team on Hull St. This year thank yall so much for the exceptional service I received.

I have been with Jackson Hewitt now for many years to get my taxes done. They always have a friendly attitude, very respectful and polite. Knowledgeable and efficient service is what you will get with going through Jackson Hewitt for your taxes. If ever you drop by the 360 West Shopping location be sure to ask for Nancy Losteter, she is an absolute gem.

Nancy is very thorough and knows her job well but being charged almost $600 to prepare my taxes is incredibly unreasonable , way too expensive in the 51 years I’ve been living I’ve never had to pay almost $600 to have my taxes prepared that’s ridiculous. Unfortunately I can’t refer friends and family because she charges way too much. But she is Excellent at her job.

I truly enjoy the service I receive at Jackson Hewitt tax service. They always make sure that my tax returns are done correctly and I get the largest tax return that I am due. I will and have recommended Jackson Hewitt to anyone who needs tax help.
