Jay was very responsive to our needs, particularly during the time we were putting in offers for various houses. On more than one occasion, he quickly put together a more specific pre-approval letter so that we could submit an offer that same day. He took the time to explain to us the various options we had. The team was great communicating when they needed us to review and/or sign things, and were responsive to our questions. In the midst of such a turbulent and stressful process of finding the right house, it was nice having Jay and the Movement Mortgage team to rely on!
