I called to see the pricing of a basic oil change and they told me over the phone it was $49.99 so I went there and then when I received my receipt it came out to $69.99 and I had a fee of $30 From parts, which I don’t know where that came from

Came for a simple oil change. Left with smoke coming from the engine bay. The technician are not skilled. They pour oil all over my engine. Instead of accepting there error they want to argue with you.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube on Azalea Ave. The new manager provided exceptional service, ensuring a swift oil change, tire rotation, engine air filter, and windshield wiper replacement—all completed in under 30 minutes. Their efficiency and helpfulness exceeded my expectations. Grateful for a smooth and quick visit! I’ll be back!I will say a note for Jiffylube CORPORATE- YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE. There were maybe 2-3 people running the entire shop on a weekday at noon. This is clearly not enough for when they’re busy. I’d just have driven away if they had already had a car in there.

I drive a Lexus LS 460 which takes 9qts to change my oil. I drove home after the oil change and when I got home I had no oil in my car. The didn’t put the filter plug on the correct way.Service: Oil change
