Im leaving this review but also taking this matter to corporate, I went to this location yesterday with my autistic daughter which she also suffers from a cardiovascular condition and its noticeable in her face. The point is this worker starts telling the other worker behind the counter something about my daughter because now they were both staring at my daughter and them one of them starts laughing. I proceeded to leave because im really bad with confrontation but then i come back and ask one of them for their names and refused to and of course denied even looking at my daughter.
One of them have rainbow hair and the other one is blonde :)

No customer service. Walked in there looking for shoes for the kids, the guy that works there sitting on top of the glass counter. The girl at the register have both head phones in her ear, both on the phone, didnt even speak on acknowledged any customers coming in. I spend my money else where 11/6 7:00 pm

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went there the other day.. the manager I assume was eating at the counter and ignored me. He was very rude when I asked for a shoe size. Will never shop there again. Didn’t know they had a new manager because I loved the girl who used to be there

My visit last week just proves that some people don't deserve a job, but the job to someone who will represent your company better. There were two young ladies behind the counter, one texting away on her phone, and the other just walks to the back of the store. I just look around for a few minutes to see if anyone would assist me, NOPE. The young lady continues to text on her phone, and the other girl comes from the back of the store empty handed, which meant she wasn't helping anyone. There was another customer that walked out without being helped, and then the manager walks from the back eating a piece of sandwich. Still no help. I asked was anyone working, and the manager asked me what I needed help with after finishing his food. Needless to say, I didn't spend a dime in there. The ABSOLUTE WORSE! I will never go to the Chesterfield Towne Center location again. If I could give a - star rating, I would. TERRIBLE ??

I was browsing the store for shoes for my husband for Christmas. I didn't see anything on the "men's" side of the store so I just started wandering around. I found a pair of oxblood red doc martens on the "women's" side I was looking at because I knew he wanted those. An associate approached me and asked what I was looking for. I explained that I was just looking for shoes for my husband. He proceeded to tell me I was on the wrong side of the store so I must me shopping for myself. I said no I was looking at the doc martens over there. He said "I'm just going on what you said so either you're shopping for yourself or you're in the wrong section because the men's doc martens are over there." I immediately left. My husband is a huge fan of doc martens and has always wanted a pair, so I know a bit about them. The number on thing about them, they're unisex. Just like converse and vans. When you go on the doc martens and journeys site, those boots, the 1460 burgundy, pull up in men's and women's sizes. So, for this guy to put me down like that and assume I'm shopping for myself or think I don't know what side of the store I'm on, was very insulting. If you're going to work in a shoe store, know a bit about the shoes you're selling and don't assume anything about the person buying shoes. Especially in an age where genders are fluid. Very unprofessional and will question coming back.

Our older kids love Journeys, so we checked out Journeys Kidz with our 5 year old daughter while at Chesterfield Town Center mall on a busy Saturday a couple of weeks before Christmas. Prices are comparable to other Journeys stores and their online prices. The store was a bit crowded but the good selection of merchandise was organized well. Parking is easy and free outside of the mall and the store is easy to find once inside the mall.
