Terrible place the inspection guy never comes on time to work and half the time they don't know if he's even going to show up and then when he does come to work he barely touches the vehicle before he says it has a problem he is supposed to inspect the vehicles thoroughly and even test drive if needed not just get in start is and say it doesn't work or pass because he not strong enough to turn the wheel my truck has rack and pinion steering system and he never even tried to drive it he just said the power steering didn't work because he was too weak to turn the wheel. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS SHOP AGAIN NOW THIS IS AFTER SPENDING THREE DAYS THERE TRYING TO GET VEHICLES INSPECTED THEY NEVER KNOW WHEN THE GUY WILL SHOW UP DONT WASTE YOUR TIME YOU MIGHT AS WELL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM THE JUMP to avoid the frustration

I use to go to Keith’s shop. He had a very bad attitude and was very rude. I stopped going to him.He told me to call him and when I did, he was really nasty to me.

Weather app says breaking my steering column and denied it after he tried to get in it to replace something and he also flattened all my tires completely so he can reach in my truck that is not that high.. also replace my serpentine belt and told me it was a AC or compressor that would be a 750.00 fix when it wasn't that it was a pulley tensioner. I could tell you more but probably don't need to save your money
