I like Kid to kid, the transactions are easy, the donations are to A Greater Good so I feel good about donating.
Prices are reasonable and the store is clean.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all this store isn’t mom friendly. There’s no room to move around with a stroller. There’s SO much clutter. Aisles are cramped. Came here several times hoping quality gets better. Clothes are super worn and expensive. Shoes look gross and heavily used and then prices are ridiculous… selling a stroller for $100 when the leather is cracked and missing in places, not wipes down equipment and being sold is telling of the business. I was told things need to be sold as a full set 12m and up and yet things are sold separately here.. she took name brand items and then offered me $5. You’re better off donating to churches or local moms in need.

Great store, prices are to be expected but still cheaper than even Walmart these days! Lots of everything from maternity to preemie. Baby toys, baby gear, toys, books, shoes, bows, and more.

Totally unprofessional attitude I received last night. I called at 6:30 to check if they were still taking clothes. I was told that they were but the clothes will not be processed until Monday and I was fine with that. I got there at 7 and there was no greeting or anything. They had 2 people in line to check out and no clothes waiting to get processed. I signed in. Then an employee said with a tone that was not friendly, pleasant or professional, we are not taking anymore clothes. IT IS 7 o'clock. I said I called and someone told me that the clothes will be done on Monday. She sighed and said well how much stuff do you have. I told her don't worry about it. I will go somewhere else. I will not be back. This was embarrassing and I did not deserve this treatment in front of everyone and my child.

I go here quite often, and it is also extremely convenient that they are open on Sundays where a lot of consignment shops are not open on Sunday
