Looking for something specific and came here the second time to buy what my husband had his eye on. Walked in the door with an empty plastic cup from and iced coffee and he had nowhere to put it as there was no trashcan outside of the entrance. We do not leave our disposable trash cups in department stores on shelves like many people do. Anyway, this older woman and much younger woman were at the register. The younger woman was the first to greet us. Husband asked her for a trashcan to throw away his trash. The older woman interjected herself and said that a trashcan was at Macy's. He looked at her, then looked at the empty trashcan right next to the younger woman. Then he asked her if she expected him to walk back outside and walk several feet over to Macy's entrance. The woman continued to have a "garbage" conversation with him about where to put his trash. The younger woman took his cup and disposed of it. *thank you. This older woman is toxic to your company. We walked out because our interaction was hostile and confrontational. We do not entertain hostility from customer service workers. I know very well that you know who this woman is because she is the type of person who would cause trouble in the workforce. She wants to be *right and wants *confrontation.

Overall bad experience. Received a shelf for a Christmas gift that did not come with a gift receipt only a email stating the purchase of the item which was a floating shelf. Had to return the item as it did not work out with our layout and upon return was greeted with attitude and issued a store credit as i apparently did not have enough proof of purchase. Greatly disappointed, over expensive for cheap items. Don’t waste your money here, and the employees are rude.

I have wall decor from here that has lasted over 10 years so after a buying a bigger house, it was time for a refresh. They still have amazing customer service and decor but I couldn't help but notice that some of the framed paintings and textured art now says "made in China" yet sells for a similar price as the more authentic pieces. I still found great pieces so the 4 stars are well earned.

Lots of great decor in the store. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable probably find something that you'll want to purchase here. Had a very good selection of Christmas items also. Deals can be found if you catch things on sale.
