“I purchased a resale home that was still under the one-year builder warranty. The cabinets were one of the items that was included in the the one-year builder inspection. Upon the inspection by the Better Kitchen & Bath representative, I pointed out a few issues that I had noticed with the cabinets.From the representative who did the inspection, to the warranty department manager, David, to the owner, Roger, (who contacted me directly when I emailed about the process to repair the issues and came out to the house personally to look at the cabinets and spent over an hour discussing the issues and how BK&B would be rectifying the problems) to all of the technicians who did the repairs/replacements, I have nothing but the best things to say about their attention to detail, their commitment to making all of the repairs and making sure that I trusted those repairs. “It is always a bargain. Many of the items are cheaper than the Dollar Tree. Unfortunately, the food selection was limited today, but you never know what you will find. Emery boards were $0.88, whereas Walmart sells them for over $2, and Dollar Tree doesn’t have them. I always love the book selection. The toy selection is good, too, especially around the holidays.”
