Every time I come to this Kroger it’s a cluster of items strewn about the store. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to find items consistently. It’s so bad even the employees stocking during the rush look confused. Spent 20 minutes looking for a brand of energy drinks just to find it stocked next to protein shakes near the pharmacy. They also blocked off one of the entrances, forcing you to maze your way through customers and self check out lines just trying to enter. Everything about this Kroger just sucks unless you want a $50 sweater from their obnoxiously large clothing department.

We use to be able to go shopping here until 12am. It was our last chance to buy groceries in our area. They now close one hour later. Not great when you work all day & have no chance to buy healthy food options until late night.

It looks like I’ll have to find a new place to get my favorite items . Today was, unfortunately, my last visit to the Kroger.
I was casually shopping, picking up just a few items — Romaine lettuce, bananas, milk, and a few other things. I brought my own bags, including reusable Trader Joe’s bags and previously used Kroger ones. As always, I scanned every item carefully and even opened my bags to make sure the security camera could see everything clearly.
But the moment I approached the exit, my self-checkout basket was locked, and I was followed by a store associate. Despite being a regular shopper — someone who walks from a nearby apartment just like many others — I was treated like a suspect.
What hurt the most was being judged and accused by someone who looked just like me. It’s a painful reminder that assumptions and bias still run deep, even in your own community. I may have just been in gym clothes, but I was honest and respectful — and deserved the same in return.
Kroger has lost not just a customer, but my trust and respect.

The lady in customer service is rude, she has a really bad attitude and I don’t understand why she chose to work in customer service, I watched her make a nasty comment about a customer when he walked away and when it was my turn to speak to her she was very rude, she should chose a different occupation if she hates her job, other than that I love Krogers products and the cleanliness of this store

The worse customer service.. I cannot say who is worse the nasty elderly, miserable and insecure CYNTHIA at the customer service desk or her manager Breona! Because you allow your employee to be rude and unprofessional and it appears they indulge in this behavior due to zero consequences and the fact that the manager is just the same.. I tell you how rude and disrespectful she is to me in front of her and you tell me how everyone at Kroger lovers her.. What are we in middle school. This is a business not a sorority! If you need her friendship that badly by all means kiss on it.. but as a supposedly, professional manager friendships are not apart of the job.. You both decided to not do your jobs today. The next time just stay home . I know it's Kroger and my mistake for wanting the bare minimum of respect. CYNTHIA is just disgusting and Breona just as disappointing zero expectations next time AND CHECK YOUR REVIEWS PLENTY OF PEOPLE ARE SAYING THE SAME THING so stop gas lighting for someone who cares zero about you behind your back silly..

The older light brown skin lady working the self checkout wearing a slick back ponytail is veryyyyy rude. She is what you describe as NICE / NASTY. (She speaks in a kind tone voice, while being nasty) How does she even work customer service??????

Was really happy with all the selection kind of surprised they were out of some cheese products. Overall Kroger is our preferred family shopping store.

Can you PLEASE move the hand basket stack back to the exit side for the left/west/main entrance of the store? Or like, split the stack half and half?
If I go in after the main sliding doors close at 9pm, I have to walk across the cart return section to grab a hand basket and then walk back across to come into the store via the exit sliding doors. And when I'm done with shopping, I have to walk across the cart return section again to return my hand basket again before walking back across to exit the store. Why??
They're not even using the space where the hand baskets used to be by the exit sliding doors - what's the point? You already have a human security guard posted out in that area who could see if anyone was sneaking items out via the baskets (which I am assuming was happening?) as well as the electronic detector on either sides of the door. This is a frustrating change for a quick shopper's experience, day or night.
The new aisle sections also don't make sense. Why are pop tarts with coffee?

They have the doors set to lock the wheels on your cart upon leaving. If I plan to get enough groceries for a large cart, I will just go to Wegmans.
