Even though they are always busy, all pharmacy staff are patient and willing to answer any questions or address concerns. They are the best of any pharmacy I have used and I have tried them all.

Last month was the first time I've used Kroger Pharmacy. I use CVS for most everything, but a prescription I had required prior authorization and I didn't want to bother with it, as the drug is generic and very cheap anyway, as long as you use the GoodRx savings card.So my doctor sent the prescription in question to Kroger instead of CVS, because when I checked GoodRx, the price at Kroger was more than $200 less than at CVS, even with the GoodRx savings coupon.When I went to pick up my prescription, I gave them the GoodRx info for that particular medication, but it turned out they had already used GoodRx!This is great customer service. Going the extra mile for a customer by helping them save money, this impressed me!In the end, I paid $22 for my prescription. With GoodRx used at CVS, the price would have been $236. Without GoodRx, the Kroger price would have been $736 and the CVS price would have been $1351. And this is a generic drug!

Casey is AMAZING! I had an issue getting my appointment set up for the first COVID vaccination. Casey was able to get my issue taken care of, immediately, and had me in and out of the office within 20 minutes. I got my second shot today! Thank you so much Casey, and the entire Kroger Pharmacy team! You all went above and beyond with customer service and care, and efficiency. I could not recommend this pharmacy more.

Repeated attempts to contact pharmacy (5 in one day), only answered once over 8 hours of calling, then they immediately put me on hold and NEVER picked up the call again. Been with them for over 5 years, but within the past year, it's been progressively bad.

The pharmacy staff for the most part are okay. I have had unpleasant encounters with some. There has been a time when one of the male pharmacist's actually hung up in my face. I wish I could find a better pharmacy and transfer my meds. They are slow, terrible delays on prescriptions. The guy pharmacist simply said there are 100's of medication requests so get over it. UGH! Very rude.

This Kroger store is very good, better than many of the other Krogers in Richmond. Their store is clean, orderly, and organized .You can usually find the things that you are looking for because they are not misplaced. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The shelves are always well stocked. They drop what they are doing at the moment to help you find what you are looking for. Their customer service is superb. Their pharmacy is also fantastic. Their pharmacists are very knowledgeable in their field and are very helpful. The self checkout line can sometimes be long and so can the regular checkout lines so beware about that. Kroger's discounts are also very good and so are their deals. Other than the long lines sometimes my experience with this Kroger has been overwhelmingly positive.

The customer service at this location is very inconsistent along with order accuracy ( I called and asked if my refills were ready and was told yes, when I arrived it had not even been started and they didn’t even have the full order available. However, it seems to be located in a good location and wait times is typically short.

I am a provider and tried to call in a prescription for 2 days. Day one I left a message on the pharmacy line, my patient went in to pick it up and the staff said they didn't have my message. Day 2 I attempted to call them and speak to a pharmacist, I called 5 times, was bounced to voicemail each time. Then I called the store and asked the operator to connect me, he said he could not because of hippa (connecting me to the pharmacy is not a hippa violation), then I asked if he could overhead them, after being on hold he said they weren't calling him back either. He said all I can do is keep calling. It took 4 more tries to get someone to answer the phone. Meanwhile my patient had to wait 2 days unnecessarily for a prescription. If I could give a half a star I would.
