Call my husband's prescription in they told me there was no remaining refills that they would contact the doctor's office. Waited a few days and went up there to pick up the prescription they told me the doctor's office never contacted them back in regards to the prescription .call the doctor's office and they sent it over June 16th the same day that I called in for a refill this is highly dangerous .when they cannot go ahead and fill a prescription that my husband just automatically cannot stop

The organic section is lacking. The workers are normal some helpful some there just for a check. Guess my only complaint is the produce organic section.

Yesterday at 6 p.m I was picking up my prescriptions, the cashier was rude she could not find my medicines. She kept over looking them; she made a comment 4 times about me having alot of medications to pick up. There was a line behind me and she was saying these comments out loud I started to feel embarrassed. I get all my prescriptions all at once because I live a good distance away. The cashier was older; on the receipt said she was a floater did not tell me her name. I don't appreciate being embarrassed when I don't want to have to use these medications in the first place let alone allowing someone to make the customers feel like they're unwelcome there. I have worked in customer service and healthcare for a long time now and that is not appropriate service. I pray this woman does not treat anyone else the way she made me feel.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond for you if you’re polite! Pharmacies are inherently stressful but I love coming here.

I don't want to be the boy who cried racist but it seems racism is alive and well here. I've been in several times when it's busy and have gone to the self checkout. Every time there is a line someone from customer service comes over and only takes white people to the service desk. Now I understand maybe they only had a few things but I personally had 3 items in my hand today. Why was I not called up? The lady working behind the desk looked dead at me and then went and called several other people who happened to be white. If this is an honest mistake that keeps happening I can understand but it doesn't appear that way...

Typically would have given this store 1 star. Its always filthy and the staff was less than helpful. Yesterdays experience was a complete reversal. The store was clean, I wasn't swatting at flies in the produce section or sticking to the floors. I needed some veal ground, for meatballs and cutlets for my sauce. Id veen to 3 different stores and they had bison and elk but no friggin veal. You need this to make a proper sauce. A very helpful associate in the meat department (the kid knew his department) while talking with another associate, came out from behind the counter and guided me to the frozen section where, holy crap there's veal! I typically shop at Mariano's, Fresh Market or get my stuff delivered from the actual farm. Didn't even click in my brain to look in the freezer section, I always just go to the meat counter and pick up what I need. Yesterday this Kroger got an A. Keep it up, this store needs to turn around and maintain that as your standard. The only reason (IMHO) its profitable is because its really all that we have on this side. 3 grocery stores.

I went in to get a fillet of salmon from the fresh seafood and walked into the line area waiting for at least five minutes while the guy behind the counter talked to the customer in front of me he finally leaves I walk up and wait for the employee to ask me what I needed after about a minute of silence I asked him If I could get a side of the salmon and he informed me that he wasn't open for business for another 10-15 minutes even though everything was already out. So I come back in 15 min and ask for the salmon to be skinned and he tells me just leave it on it comes off easier after cooking I let him know I was smoking it and needed it if he tells me it's not going to be hole then. Ok cut it into 2 pieces then so he weighed it hole then went back and brought me out a mangled couple pieces. Looks like I need to find a good seafood supply somewhere else

My wife and I were in town of vacation and realize we didn’t bring enough medication for our trip. Amanda was very helpful with getting our out of state prescription filled.

Don't buy a cake from this location. They expected me to pay $30 for a messed up cake. Last time I ordered from here, they called and canceled my order, leaving me cakeless 2 days before a birthday party. There won't be a third chance. I'll go to Walmart before I come back to this location.

The information under Apple Maps for this location shows that they accept Apple Pay. They don't. Pretty aggravating when that was my only method of payment on hand.
