Made an appointment through the on line vaccine scheduler. When I arrived, the immediately surly employee at the front desk started asking me so many questions I asked if they had my appointment in the system. Her response was the scheduler was “down.” She then told me they did not have the Moderna Covid vaccine booster just Pfizer and did I want to keep the appointment. The scheduler made no mention of this when I put in Moderna. I wasn’t sure immediately so she asked again in a challenging manner. Another employee listening close by said switching to Pfizer was ok. I had time to google that because I had to fill out paperwork again which I did online but they did not have. The employee who gave the advice also administered the shot and was pleasant so I give her five stars. I would not go back there for vaccines even though the pleasant employee seemed to be apologizing for the other. The gruff employee needs a new job.

I wish I could leave a good review for all the times this pharmacy has filled my prescriptions when I visit the area, but they refuse to stop pulling my prescriptions, even after multiple phone calls, and now I am out of medication because they intercept every single refill request. I DO NOT LIVE IN VIRGINIA. This is unbearable. I don’t know what to do next time I travel; I can’t risk going to this place again.

They are always busy and no matter what insurance you have the prescription drugs are way above what you would pay at any other pharmacy.

Great pharmacy- quick, easy, and competent. Their pharmacist Amy in particular goes above and beyond to help patients and ensure the process is as easy on the patient side as possible. Incredibly thankful for her.

The staff technicians are superb; extremely professional, competent, friendly and always comparing best prices for me. However, the 2 star rating stems from a staff pharmacist, Amy, who is aggressive in her approach to filling prescriptions. She has questioned my doctor's orders on more than one occasion which has caused delays in filling my prescription & forced me to unnecessarily make a return trip. Not a fan of her practice & how she goes about administering drugs!

I guess they figure they're going out of business in the near future due to Publix being across the street now, and they just DO NOT care how they speak to people. Called today to make sure that they cash Western Union money orders. Their website says they do. The gentleman on the phone says they do. I travel all the way there and a very condescending woman at the customer service desk (5/1/2023 at 1:45 PM) firstly cannot even say "Hi" back after I greeted her, she just stood and stared. Ok...so I let her know I needed to cash the money order and she just said "No." I stood there confused for a bit then she decided that Kroger no longer cashes money orders unless they issued them and they are BLANK. Blank. She's pulling stuff right out of XXX.I explained that I had called ahead to confirm and was accused of lying. I mean, it's right in my call log... Kept my cool in spite of her nasty attitude, tried to explain again what I was doing, giving her the benefit of the doubt that perhaps she just didn't understand, and she cut me off/talked over me and spoke to me as if I were a freaking idiot. Slowly, repetitively, condescendingly, sarcastically. I guess there isn't much left for them to lose, so why not?

I have genuinely never met any meaner and rude pharmacists in my life. They are consistently late on prescriptions and get really rude with patients who want to pick up their RX the day it’s supposed to be filled. I’ve been on the receiving side of their behavior and I’ve seen this treatment towards several other people while standing in line. The pharmacists snap at patients and make us feel stupid for relying on the text system when their phone systems are faulty.Honestly go to another pharmacy or the Kroger on Lombardy because they’re much nicer when being communicative. Kroger either needs to hire more competent pharmacists or train them to have some sort of customer service, or PAY THEM MORE. Nothing is more unsettling than picking up my prescription drugs from someone with a bad attitude unwilling to help or answer questions.Why are these pharmacists so miserable?

Excellent produce at great prices. Lot's of vegetarian, vegan and organic products reasonably priced. The staff is helpful and courteous, and the store is clean and well organized. Great pharmacy too!

Had some issues with them not accepting various forms of identification to receive scripts. My wife could pick up MY meds but they wouldn't accept my S.S. card, photo ID from work, birth certificate, passport AND proof of residency. ( Had no drivers license. DMV appointment 3 months out due to covid ).
