This is the worst Kroger in the entire Richmond area, you go to any other Kroger whether it be Willowlawn or Staples Mill or Laburnum everything will be stopped. You won’t see pallets of product just sitting on every owl like you do it. This one every day they got a different time for the whole chicken to be out yesterday. The cook said it was 10 o’clock now today I go in at 10:30 nothing‘s out and they say they have till 11 every day at a different time whichever time suits them but I go to three other Kroger‘s and all of them have chickens out by 10:30. The employees are nasty. Have nasty attitudes. I walked past the frozen food section and there’s a puddle of water coming from one of the freezers that’s going all the way down the hall to the end of the freezers and there’s a little guy sitting there working on the freezers, but there’s no wet floor sign and nobody there cleaning it up typical day at Lombardi Kroger gross Nothing’s ever stopped you gotta walk around pallets to even get to anything that you need that’s on the shelf and this is every day. I live right down the street from this Kroger but today will be the last day I ever shop here. I will take the drive to Willow lawn from now on. It’s ridiculous. They need new management or knew something in here.

Came for a simple flu shot. When I checked in and asked how long the wait would be, she said “at most 15 minutes” ended up waiting for half an hour

The people working at this pharmacy are nothing but kind, diligent, hard working, and dependable. Thank you for the help and your continuous hard work!
Anecdote: There are very few things in this world that are perfect. I went in to check on my prescription as it wasn't being shown on the website, I was asking about the prescription but I was told it was delayed, at the time I didn't inquire more and I assumed it was for unknown reasons. The prescription got filled the very next day and I finally inquired as to the reasons of the delay for this prescription and the very nice ladies working at the time said it was because the pharmacist working thought it was an error as it was an increased dosage. When the lady told me this information I didn't really think too much about it. Shortly after the interaction, I inferred and realized that the system we have is prone to many mistakes and these people working at the pharmacy, not only at this location but all over the US, are essentially our last line of defense in terms of getting proper, safe, correctly dosed prescriptions, and the individual who delayed my prescription was doing their job correctly and well double checking my prescription was at the right dosage and amount. Because of the extra precautions of the individual working who ensured and double checked the dosage and amount was correct, I have greater peace of mind and trust for this pharmacy and the people working here. I am forever grateful and appreciative of these hard working people. The system that we depend on for prescriptions and health is flawed and is not perfect but these people are doing their best and deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. Thank you Kroger Pharmacy of Lombardy!

Do not use this pharmacy. They are slow, inefficient. They'll tell you to wait half an hour and then tell you they forgot to process your prescription and won't even apologize for wasting your time.

I am so sorry that my rite Aid closed and transferred my prescriptions here. It takes forever to get a pharmacist on the phone. And when I went today to get my prescription, the line was so long that I decided to skip it and go without my medication another day.
Previously I had had a good experience with getting my vaccinations here But perhaps now they can't handle all the volume of transfers from the Rite Aid.
I might have to soon find a new pharmacy because this cannot continue

Incompetent would be an understatement!!! I'm not sure who this guy is, but he is LAZY!! A couple of my prescriptions were 3 1/2 hours late and another 30 minutes late.
Every time this guy is working, there is ALWAYS A PROBLEM!!

I having issues with the automated system so I was transferred then immediately put on hold for ten minutes before I hung up. I waited to call back at least an hr in which I was immediately put on hold again. The girl who answered was very rude for no apparent reason. It’s not always like this but it’s a shame anybody has to go to through this at anytime. Professionalism is always expected!

Switched from a pharmacy that shall not be named in Chesterfield to Lombardy Kroger Pharmacy and the relief I feel is wonderful.Previous pharmacy- I guess my experience with pharmacies has set a pretty low bar, so I was SHOCKED that a real human answered the phone after the first ring when I called Kroger. Wait- no 20 minute wait to horrible music with reminders of COVID vaccinations every 4.5 seconds … whaaaatt?? Every month, I would DREAD having to contact the previous pharmacy to request refills or check the status. I would actually have to clear time in my work schedule and block an hour to do so.KROGER (Lombardy) - All of my questions and needs were answered and addressed on the spot. I didn’t have to be told that they’ll call me back (to never get a call back) with answers. It was painless and I didn’t feel frustrated at all, which was a brand new experience for me!Dr. Watson and her crew raised the bar with how a pharmacy SHOULD run in less than a 5 minute phone call. I felt heard, was asked the right questions and was provided with instant solutions. Having a son who has asthma, the piece of mind that this momma has right now is priceless.Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
