I knew which chair I wanted and was able to test it at the showroom. It was perfect for my needs. Sales and management were courteous and easily assisted me in the purchase for a quick delivery. The delivery was great! The installers were very respectful and set the chair up quickly and let me test it before they left.

Got a great price for a great product. The salesperson, Laurie, was great. She really listened to our needs and showed us what we wanted. She explained all the details of the sale and answered all our questions and concerns. Laurie really cared. It felt like we were working with a good friend.

I recently purchased new living room furniture (sofa and loveseat) from La-Z-Boy, and Rudi made the experience outstanding for our multigenerational family. His easygoing style made the process enjoyable and pressure-free. Rudi took the time to understand our needs, suggesting furniture that would suit everyone, from my six-year-old son—who had a million questions, all of which Rudi answered with patience and kindness—to my aging mother, for whom he recommended a wonderful lift recliner.
