This place is amazing with kids! Both techs were extremely friendly and interacting with my one year old. There were tears and a bit of screaming obviously that comes with my sons age, but they were kind and compassionate and talked to him gently the whole time. The poke was done quickly and we also had no wait time at all since we made an appointment.

Was one of many at the door as soon as they opened. The lovely lady working this AM got me in and out so quick, and as a former phleb myself who's afraid of bloodwork, she did AMAZING!

Do not use this location. They mishandled my sample and the results were inconclusive, costing me a week of time, and now I have to get my blood drawn again.

I scheduled an appointment at 9am. They called me at 8:40 the same day, saying their office will be 2hrs delay due to the weather and will reopen at 9:30. I told her I was already at the parking lot and i have to go to work at 10am. I was told it s OK to come in, and I will be the 1st person they see. It was a lie. They asked me to sign in and treat me like a walk-in. The lady I spoke on the phone was not there. The reception acted like it was not me who's you'd talk to and I'm not responsible for that. You can call customer service for your concern. She could have told me to re-schedule since they could not guarantee anything other than had me waited 45 mins for nothing. I walked out without saying anything. What is the purpose of scheduling??? Last minute to notify me when I was already at the parking lot.

This location is inside the hospital but the staff was thorough and friendly. I made an appointment which is definitely the way to go. It will cut your wait time down tremendously. The phlebotomist was amazing and friendly.

This is a reliable LabCorp, I've gone here a few times for blood tests. The staff and technicians are always very nice in my experience. Totally forgot to bring in the paper, I assumed my doctor sent it over they did not unfortunately. It was very easy to send them an email of my labs my doctor ordered so that they could run them.

Charles was fantastic! Best experience I have ever had giving blood … he calmed my nerves down and was extremely funny! If you need to give blood … go see Charles at Bremo road!

Walked in to get some routine bloodwork done. Waited about an hour, which was to be expected. Front desk receptionist was very nice and the phlebotomist who took my blood was amazing and made me feel very comfortable.

I despise coming to this place! Some of the rudest, uncivil, most unhelpful, miserable people work here. They need to have jobs that limit their interaction with the public so we do not have to be exposed to them or their rudeness.

Wow, was not expecting it to be that painless of a process!I called the day before to confirm my test requests had arrived. The receptionist was able to confirm, and let me know I should fast before arriving. They were very kind and helpful.I walked in today, and I just had to scan my QR code to check in, and they had all my information available.The nurse who drew blood was very kind, patient, and skilled. It was practically painless, and way quicker than I was expecting!The whole visit took less than 15 minutes.Highly suggest, will visit them again for future lab tests.

Delightful experience! I hate going to doctor's offices or labs or whatever -- the eternal wait, impersonal interaction, and disrespect for your time -- but I had no sooner filled out my electronic check-in and found a seat, when a very pleasant nurse called my name. Angela's smile, warm greeting, and personal care made all the difference. I barely felt anything, as she took my blood sample, and I was literally in and out of this office in under 15 minutes, including my ride up and down the elevator. Highly recommend!
