About Legacy Hospice
Legacy provides a special way of caring for people with a life-limiting illness and for their loved ones. Our goal is to maximize quality of life, so you can enjoy time with those who mean the most to you. We provide care to all age groups during the final stages of life. You will have an experienced team of physicians, registered nurses, certified nurse aides, medical social workers, counselors, and trained volunteers available to help you and your family manage your illness. Your physician and Legacy will work with you to set up a comprehensive plan of care to manage your symptoms and assess the needs of your family. Care is provided 24/7, 365. The hours indicated are just office hours. A hospice specialist is always available via phone.

The representative that was sent to review our mother's case was a God sent.He understood our concerns and had understanding of our fears .Robert Baez is a good person and does his job well. He gave us his card and said if any thing or needs that he can help us with if he can't ,he will direct us to someone
