I went to Libby Market, over Christmas holiday weekend. The market's parking lot is accessible and lanes are well marked. The store is very orderly. The neighborhood is lucky to have such a market. The fruit is fresh and they have a diverse variety of fresh produce. The market has specialty items (bread, salad dressings, meats, cheeses, international products). *The prices are at a premium for most items. It was my first time at the store. I looked for Goya ginger beer, picked up a sandwich (that they make fresh, at the deli) bread and tea cookies. The only advice I'd give is to engage more with your customers and to make all areas of the store well lit...some of the areas, like where the tea cookies are, are dimly lit. The cashier at the deli talked to me while I waited to get my sandwich. The 2 guys at the register had no conversation (not even a hello or thanking me for shopping with Libby Market. Remember that your customer has choices regarding where to shop in Richmond, Va. (ie. the store is in par with Wegman's) You have a nice store.

Excellent breakfast bar. I recommend the potatoes with gravy on top! Staff is friendly and always having a good time. Prices could be better but not horrible.

I am here writing this review because wow the flavor in this soup is unreal. The turkey stew is perfectly seasoned without being just a “holiday stew”. I got a scoop of both the loaded baked potato and the turkey stew and they taste great alone and together. The only thing I would say is the thickness of the stew was a little on the gravier side but thats my preference! This hot food breakfast has so many options, I LOVE the chicken sausage. Its not dry and they make larger links out of it which is nice. Great flavor. Cant believe ive been passing by this market for a year and havent gone in, will come again!

A lady at the deli seemed indifferent when I asked her to cut the meat I wanted . Suggesting I purchased what was cut . But she got it together. But Gretchen, acted like she did not want to put the money in my hand . It was something disingenuous. Please work with her. Prices are ok and well stocked and clean.

Today I had the best kale salad &Pesto Pasta w/ chicken!Neither were over done with sauce…I find many of the salads(chicken, tuna, egg) tend to be made with a-lot of mayo or cream.I loved seeing healthier choices.!!!Thanks Libbie Market!

Great little local grocery store with meals ready to eat on their patio or inside. Nice produce, butcher counter, salad bar, and deli. Has all the fresh stuff I want without a lot of the over processed 'food' you see in other places. Small but packed with goodness!

We come to Richmond to visit family on occasion and when we do, I'm always delighted to go shopping at Libbie Market! Great products and in a smaller space than a supermarket. I'm not exhausted after shopping.

I usually love this store and get the pleasure of interacting with lovely employees, however, today was an exception. I had to take a work related call and was using my air pods while doing my shopping. When I approached the register, the employee very rudely responded to the woman in front of me in a loud voice, while making eye contact with me. When it was my turn, she gave me very rude glares, and then scolded me for not taking my pumpkin out of the cart. At the end, she yelled "next time, don't be on your phone. RUDE" VERY loudly. It was quite embarrassing for the both of us and seemed highly unnecessary as there were no signs asking customers to be off their phones in line. I have never been treated this way while doing my personal grocery shopping and it was an extremely unpleasant experience.

I love this little market. They feature fresh produce, groceries, flowers, baked goods, a coffee bar, fresh-made sandwiches, prepared foods, interesting food products you might not find anywhere else, household items, fresh-squeezed orange juice, etc. There is a cafe inside and a covered patio outside where you can sit and eat your lunch and listen to classic rock. Such a cozy feeling being in here. The employees are friendly.

We live in Short Pump and drive to Libbie Market on Libbie Avenue to shop for groceries. Great customer service and love the prepared foods and deli section. Very much a boutique grocery store.

I mainly come here for the very affordable breakfast plate selection. It’s done by weight and my meal tends to come out to around $6.00. Has its own eating area with good coffee selection.

Had to return 4 containers of chicken salad (for a funeral) bc there were large chunks of chicken which were too tough to chew. Gave "prepared food" a second chance and ordered cooked lamb for Easter. Again hunks way too large to serve, that were too tough to eat. Ruined our easter meal. Did get my money returned.

The baked goods are always fresh & delicious. Prepared foods are yummy & reasonably priced.Hot meals are available for breakfast, lunch & dinner. There's always something new. Irish Soda bread is available for St. Patrick's Day as well as live Shamrock plants.
