I ordered a personalized hat. I was not shown a mockup of the hat prior to having it made. I wasn’t given the option. I returned to have something corrected and not only did they charge me for a new hat, they kept the messed up hat. Indicating it was a one for one swap. If that’s the case, why did I have to purchase a new hat and pay for part of the personalization again. One hat has now cost me almost $90. I will never shop at this store again. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere they value customers.

Good selection of blank fitted caps.Located inside the mall which makes for more foot-traffic.My embroidery job (a single hat) was done fairly well at most. Can’t wait till they are artisans w/ the Tajima’s.

Wasn't aware that the mall closed at 7 I arrived at 6:50. I asked the sales associate if she could embroider a 1/2 inch letter on a hat. She said she cant do that it would take longer than ten minutes because she had to ring me up. LOL. I guess the manager heard me speaking with her. He says they stop embroidering at 6:30 because they have to clean up the store… (Not listed anywhere) he said he can have me rung up and take care of it in the morning. I agree to that. I walk to the register I see the embroidery sheet the girl just sits there doesn't ask me what I’m interested in. I end up leaving. She obviously just wanted to leave but her job is to assist me until she clocks out. I guess paying the membership yearly comes with bad service and people who don't like to work

I went over to this location to get a hat made this past Monday morning. The Mall was open but the location didn't open for another 10 minutes or so. Come 11am when the store was supposed to open, I was now waiting there with one other person that planned to visit the store as well. Right around 11:10am I heard a security gate going up and turned to see the Lids employee was pulling one up. I began to walk that way and was met with a very crisp "we aren't open yet", to which I replied "ok" and looked at my watch to check the time. Before I could even ask how much longer it would be, she then said to me "you can wait!", turned, went under the gate and walked away.Needless to say I did not hang around.ADDED!! I called lids Corp offices. To make a complaint and they were very helpful. NOT!!They acted as if they were concerned about my complaint. Even agreed with me and told me I would be contacted by the regional manager within 3 days to discuss this. NOPE!I see lots of the same complaints about this locations employees in previous reviews. Bad management, begets bad employees. They obviously have no interest in changing this. I was just going to visit a different location however at this point I won’t be purchasing from Lids again.

Great service, but we went to two other Lids and paid $4 less per hat for embroidery. Kind of disappointed that we spent $8 more here than we would have somewhere else.

Don’t bother going here unless you want to simply buy a hat off the rack. The embroidery equipment is worse than the McDonald’s ice cream machine. There’s a reason this is the only lids store around. Will be out of business soon.

Just went in to get a hat and it says they close at 7pm. The guy has the gate halfway closed and said he closes at 6:30. Waisted trip.

today 3-27-2021 I visited that store and I will never return; they are not attentive, helpful, friendly or polite.
