I went in yesterday with a friend and asked if they can do a manicure and pedicure. They quickly told us they don’t have time. Mean while there was nobody in the shop. I highly recommend not to go there go to nail trends they are amazing and accept all walk-ins and care about their work

They are only getting one star because my daughter loves her nails!! That was the first and last time I will spend money with them. I’ve never spent $50 in my life for a fill in with no designs and they have a nerve to charge $5 if you use more than one color! Not to mention when I was handing her my card she snatched it out of my hand then threw it back at me once she swiped it! THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Came in for a pedicure and she forgot to put on lotion. She put lotion in my hands and asked me to put it on my feet myself. Black people I would be wary of coming here….could tell they were talking about me and treated me differently from other patrons. Never coming here again.

I have been giving this nail salon repeat business for over a year and have witnessed how downhill they have gone. Yesterday, I had to go back there to fix 5 nails that had chipped after I got a fill gel manicure on this past Monday. When I walked in to get them fixed, the owner yelled at me and told me I was a terrible customer and tried to charged me extra money to fix chipped paint that happened just a few days after I got the manicure. After she realized she was being irrational, she reluctantly fixed them at no charge. As she sat there fixing them, she angrily told me I’m a terrible person and a terrible customer!! She also said that it’s my own nails fault for getting chipped! What the hell! This was yesterday, today 2 fingers have chipped again. See photos! I would highly advise you to STAY AWAY from this horrible salon!! They treat people terrible and overcharge for their bad service!

Went there with my daughter's. We are of Spanish descent. I told the ladies that I was treating my daughter's to whatever they wanted.. my daughters asked for some pricey services which was no problem for me. Apparently they thought because of my appearance/ ethnicity I couldn't afford anything. They preceded to constantly ask me every 10 min about the services my daughter's were getting followed by saying "you know that's very expensive." The entire visit I was repeatedly reminded of the prices of everything. It was extremely rude and demeaning experience.

My office is just next door to this nail shop and have tried to schedule an appointment and also do a walk-in several times. I have been refused service each time. Today was my last official attempt I firmly believe it was due to race.I had called earlier gave my name let them know I would like a fillin on my acrylics. When I arrived on time to my appontmemt with only two customers in the place I spoke with the manager. She asked why I came in I said I had appointment and repeated my name. She said they dont do gel nails I told her it was not gel. She started yelling and another person came out the back and said What do you want. So I explained again she said we dont do your nails. You need to go somewhere else.Previous times they have been too busy but took the next person who walked in the door. Looking through reviews it seems to be a recurring issue of racism with this staff. As someone who has been frequenting Nail salons for years I have received all range of service from okay to wonderful but never been blatantly refused multiple times before. I hope some a POC or Ally reads this and it helps them be intentional in choosing a better establishment.

Took my 4 year old daughter to Lily's on a Tuesday evening at 5pm. We walked in and were greeted by a nail technician. She asked "How can we help you?" I responded "My daughter would like her fingernails and toenails painted." Another technician (whom I believe is the owner because I have been to this salon before) rudely responded, shouting from the back of the salon, "We are too busy!" At which time, I look around the almost empty salon and counted 4 technicians, 3 customers and NO ONE waiting to be seen. Ok, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt - Maybe they were expecting an influx of people, by appointment, at any moment? Not sure - But I do know, the more professional response should have been something to the effect of, "I am so sorry. We are very busy right now. Would you like to wait or would you like to come back another time?" Nope - we just got a flat "We are too busy!" The tone of her voice and lack of customer service did not sit well with me. We won't be back.

An hour of my life I will never get back…. I called 40 mins before and was given the time 6:30 for acrylic removal and a gel polish change. I got there at 6:30 on the dot as I waited in my car once I got there.I was made to wait about 15 mins while everyone was working with someone else. Totally fine.. I get that schedules get crazy. However, I could have been starting soak off process to save us BOTH time.Finally someone saw me and started to take my gel off - then at 7ish someone walked in for a pedi/gel mani and also needed their gel nails soaked off…. My lady jumped to start and FINISH her entire pedicure while another lady (once free) jumped in to soak off and do her gel manicure. All while I’m still sitting there soaking… by the time my lady came back over to me, it was 7:27…While I really don’t want to/would hate to think this was a race thing, I can’t help but think how I was the only person of color from the time I entered to the time I paid and walked out.Still paid for the removal of course… and here are the results. Hands/fingers still dusty, nails barely filed, never had me wash my hands once.0/10 would recommend to a friend.Service: Gel manicure

The owner is not friendly and doesn’t say one word to you. They arrive late but call you to see if you are coming. The selection of gel colors are in complete disarray. You do not feel appreciated and she will file your skin and cuticles to the flesh. My cuticles are peeling rn.Service: Acrylic nails

I recently had a pleasant experience at this location. I walked in and one of the employees greeted me immediately. I got my eyebrows done and was very pleased with the outcome.

I went to Lily’s for the first time to get my first mani/pedi since 2019. I chose Lily’s based on a recommendation and because the accepted walk ins. I was so happy with my entire experience! The pedicure was relaxing and my gel manicure looks absolutely amazing. V was so sweet and did such a great job. She applied three coats without asking and ensured I was pleased throughout the entire process. I am planning to make Lily’s my go to salon and I will always request V.Services: Manicures

My fingers are throbbing after a manicure. I am bleeding on two fingers where my skin was cut when vigorous pulling/clipping my cuticle. Will not return!
