“It’s fine. You have to know exactly what you want because you have to order with a clerk who stands behind bulletproof glass. It’s a liquor store, I assure you, I know what I want. If they didn’t need the glass, they probably wouldn’t have it. It’s not an unsafe neighborhood by any means, especially when you have bulletproof glass.”

“Navigation to here for my first time wasn't great, this is a narrow little store right off of Broad St and I was on the same side of the street as the store so missed it. Circling back, navigation routed me to the side street which was helpful. Even though it was narrow, once inside it's nice with a good selection of bourbon.”

I could not find this specific bottle anywhere in the area so Barrel Thief was kind enough to place a special order for me and then delivered it to my client the next day. “This is the best ABC store I have been to. Abundant inventory. Shelves are always stocked. Store is Clean. Good customer service. It is one of the bigger locations. Great layout, displays and set up. They carry certain particular alcohol that other locations do not. They have new stuff and special edition bottles, anything from casual drinking to special occasion celebrations.”
“In Virginia you can not simply walk into any store to purchase bottles of alcoholic beverages with an apv above beer and wine you need to go to an ABC store and for being the only store that carries hard liquor they get 5 stars just for being there”
