Lollie Shankle, Long & Foster, was our realtor when we were selling my husband’s family home of 60+ years. It was a bittersweet time and Lollie was amazing. She was supportive, caring and worked along with us to make certain every minute detail was in order. Her personal touch made all the difference. As a result, our home sold quickly, competitively and without any issues. I would choose her again if we were buying or selling a property!

Ann Gallier Parsons is a truly exceptional real estate agent. Ann was extremely easy to work with, always available and responsive via text, call, or email. I was impressed with her market research as well as her strategy for marketing my home and felt she had my best interests as a priority.Ann's energy, positive attitude, and extensive knowledge of the Richmond market made the normally painful process of putting my house on the market far less stressful than previous experiences! She communicated well, gave great advice in staging my home, and is well-versed in dealing with other local agents. I relied on Ann for recommendations for everything from a detailed home inspector to a last-minute cleaning service.I would highly recommend Ann Parsons as a professional, savvy, well-informed, and delightful person to work with in helping navigate what has become a very difficult housing market.

If you're looking for a real estate agent to buy or sell a home, Theresa Alford from Long & Foster on Grove is amazing!! I was in town for two days to look at houses in the Richmond area. Theresa did an incredible job planning out our time together and went out of her way to drive me around neighborhoods and pockets within neighborhoods so that I could get a sense for the various areas. She's incredibly responsive and a great listener and tailored the house visits to my preferences so that none of my time was wasted. Theresa is a lovely person to work with. She's incredibly knowledgable about real estate, the Richmond area, neighborhoods, market conditions, and is upfront and honest. She really takes the time to listen and get to know her clients and build a relationship with them. If you're looking for a real estate agent, I would highly recommend Theresa!

You could not ask for a more polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and caring realtor than Stephen. From his contagious smile, his energetic charisma, and his genuine care for our home search, and that’s just the start of the list, we could not have gotten better. If you’re considering buying a home and this gentleman is not your realtor, you are simply incorrect.

My husband and I were very disappointed with the way Reagan Tomlinson handled our offer with her sellers. We viewed the home and expressed through our realtor that we wanted to put in an offer. We met all of the sellers requirements which included rent back for almost 6 months. We came in above asking and waived inspection and appraisal contingency. We even offered a 6 figure earnest deposit. At first, Reagan stated this is a clean offer, but soon things got interesting. Another offer came in and we were more than willing to go above, but were never presented an amount that would be needed, even though our realtor asked repeatedly what number would satisfy your sellers. No number was given, instead we were told they no longer want the rent back and if we can provide our best offer. We included an escalation clause that went way above asking price and were told we would get a response in the evening. No response was given except I am still waiting to hear from my sellers. It appeared Reagan was starting to avoid our realtor, who is from the best brokerage in the state. The next day we continued to ask through our realtor and increased our offer price again and shared that we would walk away if we didn’t receive a response. Finally, Reagan responded saying they decided to go with the other offer, although we were willing to offer more and waive many things, because we didn’t have a local lender. We were disappointed that Reagan didn’t communicate this to us, although she knew we lived outside of the state. Reagan lacked professionalism and bordered on unethical practices as a realtor. We have bought several homes before and were truly disappointed in the way we were treated. I would never recommend anyone work with Reagan Tomlinson.

If you are looking for your next realtor - Stephen Oswald is not that agent. This “professional” praises of having the highest standard of morals and values but destroyed a family as a home wrecker. Pick anyone but Stephen Oswald as your next agent.

My wife and I were very disappointed with the way Reagan Tomlinson handled our offer with her sellers. We viewed 21 W Clay St. and expressed through our realtor that we wanted to put in an offer. We met all of the sellers requirements which included rent back for almost 6 months. We came in above asking and waived inspection and appraisal contingency. We even offered a 6 figure earnest deposit. At first, Reagan raved about such a clean offer, but soon things got interesting. It appeared Reagan was starting to avoid our realtor, who is from the best brokerage in the state (Shull Team). We have bought several homes before and were truly disappointed in the way we were treated.I would never recommend anyone work with Reagan Tomlinson. Despite the many requests for "the number" her seller wanted, she ignored the requests, and after claiming the problem was having a national lender, she retracted and then her only retort after the deal was done was that we "should have brought our best and highest offer." Laughable, but also ethically questionable when she settled for less than our offer, and certainly unprofessional behavior!

An agent at the Grove office helped me buy my first house 25 years ago, and I’ve grown my passion for renovation and investment in property ever since. I’m proud to be a Realtor at this office. Over my 15+ years as a licensed agent, this is the most supportive, determined, caring group of agents and staff I’ve ever worked with. Love the team and leadership here!

I have been working at Long & Foster Grove for 14 years now and couldn't imagine being surrounded by a better group of professionals and friends. We are more than co-workers - we are family. Additionally, I have purchased two homes and sold one with Long & Foster and each experience was seamless and exciting. Look no further, folks!
