Wonderful team!!! Everyone was amazing help!! My boyfriend and i came in today on 11/12 at about 5 pm and they were so so sweet!! Big thanks to the one person with the they/them pin (I apologize that i didnt properly catch your name) and the new worker with bangs that said they previously had worked at a lush (once again i didnt catch their name)... We didn't purchase anything today but we are planning to return next week to do so!!

Claire went above and beyond to help me! I’m in a wheelchair and if there was something I couldn’t reach she joyfully brought it to me. My entire experience in this store was wonderful. They took my disabilities into consideration and went above and beyond so that I could still have a normal shopping experience. I cannot recommend this Lush enough!

Love lush! Great hair and skin products. My favorite is curl power leave on conditioner. And of course all the bath bombs are amazing.

My mom and I had such a great experience at LUSH today! Katheryn helped us with the scavenger hunt to earn some free goodies. Kelsey and Kyler were also super helpful, they showed us how to use the new lip jellies, naked hand cream, and new naked mascara . Then they checked us out and helped us load our purchases onto the lush app. They are all such great employees! We love the temporary half-off section. My only complaint is that I wish the store was larger :)

i find it really crazy that i had a negative experience in a store that usually workers are so pleasant. walked in and no one said hello. mind you, it’s a small store, so they watched as we shopped and walked around in circles for about 30 min without saying anything. i did purchase something which prompted a conversation, the only conversation. thanks for making me feel unwelcomed!

spoke to (kelsey) i think their name was when looking for some new perfumes, and they were so helpful im astonished. it's so lovely to interact with someone who is so knowledgable and passionate about what they do. they clearly have a fervor for scents and it was amazing to hear them speak about the notes. lovely experience

I came in a few weeks ago and the perfume I wanted was out of stock. When I saw it was available online I placed the order and it was ready for pickup same day. Both occasions I went into the store the associates were all very sweet and helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the person who spoke with me the first time I came in but they were all lovely!

Lovely store lovely people! I went today (02/27) near closing and the staff was so kind to me! To the two girls working around that time thank you so much for you help and your kindness. Best Lush I’ve ever been at! Will most definitely be back soon
