Great experience! I loved to Richmond a few years ago and havenāt had a pedicure for over 5 years. All the ladies were incredibly kind. The salon is very clean and it was just a great experience all around. Definitely will be coming back!

I had such a great experience at Luxe Nail Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so sweetly by the front desk staffāit instantly made me feel at home. I love that they have everyone wash their hands upon arrival, and I noticed a gentleman who comes behind each client to clean and soak the tubs, which shows how seriously they take cleanliness.
Lyn is now my new go-to nail tech! She was so kind, helpful, and gave me an excellent gel pedicure with the best massage. I truly felt pampered and cared for. Thank you Luxe for the amazing serviceācanāt wait to come back! ā¤ļø

Wife went in and told and showed the tech what she wanted which was the Cat Eye style. The tech said she can do it but it turned out terrible and rushed. The tech told her no refunds!

I visited Luxe Nail Spa for a pedicure and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and beautifully designedāan ideal setting to unwind. The staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable right away.
My technician was meticulous and attentive, taking great care to ensure everything was done perfectly. The massage, exfoliation, and polish application were all top-notch, and I left feeling completely refreshed.
If youāre looking for a high-quality pedicure in a calming environment, I highly recommend Luxe Nail Spa. Iāll definitely be returning.

Lyn was amazing! It can sometimes be uncomfortable getting your nails done because the stylist can be aggressive or heavy-handed ā but not at Lux! My stylist was incredibly kind and encouraged me to speak up if I had any concerns. She genuinely wanted to hear my feedback and make sure I was happy ā which was the first time Iāve ever heard those words from a stylist.
In the past, Iāve had experiences where stylists seemed offended when I expressed preferences, so this was a refreshing and delightful change. I would highly recommend Lux! The massage was also so great!

Michael did an amazing job on my nails. He took his time and added as many layers as needed for my structured mani. He was very sweet and I will be returning back.

Technician asked me to tip her 30 seconds into the service. She rushed through everything even though no one else was in there. She did not cut cuticles and barely filed my nails. I had to ask her to straighten them. Paint job is lumpy and the ends of my nails rough. The do not honor prices advertised on website and will charge more.

Very clean, super friendly, and great manicure and pedicure! The lady at the front welcoming customers (didn't get her name) was very sweet and welcoming and spoke perfect English which
isn't necessary but helps āŗļøMichael gave me a builder gel manicure and a spa pedicure. He was so sweet and nice to talk to. And he really cared about the quality of his work, paying close attention to detail without me asking. He gave me a great hand massage at the end as well, really amazing service both with great attitude and quality of work. Well done.

I have been looking for a new nail salon to visit regularly after the salon I had been going to came under new (poor) management. I was a walk in, and showed the tech a picture of what I wanted. He (Michael) did an absolutely fantastic job. My nails look even better than the photo I provided. The atmosphere was relaxing and pretty, and the techs were exceptionally clean after every single customer. Michael was friendly and most importantly, meticulous. Iām so impressed and will be back!

So impressed by the entire experience this salon provides! The salon aesthetics are clean and very pretty. I was a walk-in, and they had several patrons already being helped. The team were very kind to me and communicated the wait with compassion. I had a few questions about different options and I was given thorough advice, which I appreciated! I received a gel pedicure and a builder gel manicure. During my visit, I received some hard news on my phone and had a pretty hard time not being emotional over it. I didnāt feel judged for crying in a salon, but instead felt their concern. They gave me water and some tissues, and offered smiles and asked how I was feeling as I worked through the personal issue.
The builder gel manicure is phenomenal. I communicated what I wanted and received exactly that. I was very impressed with the care Christine gave to ensure that the gel laid evenly with no bumps. It shows!
Highly recommend this location!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Luxe Nail Spa!! Our pedicures were done so beautifully with lots of attention to detail and they made it so relaxing! Will be back, for sure!!

While visiting my daughter I stumbled upon this place. My husband and I walked in. I asked did they accept walk-ins. I was told yes due to someone missing their appointment. The lady takes me and I ask if she can do my eyebrows also she said yes and does my feet, meanwhile her customer comes in. She then tells me as she is rushing through the rest of my pedicure. She can't do them now because her customer is here. I'm pissed because what am I? I was visibly upset. She then asked was I ok? No I was not because I am a customer too. My point if you are NOT going to treat walk-ins like your "regular" customers. Don't accept walk-ins... yes the manager offered me 50% so walk-ins be mindful. You will be treated differently !
