I have been a long-time customer of this Maaco location, spending well over $10,000 with them over the past nine years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing.
I brought in my 1996 Lexus LX 450 for restoration work, including some touch-ups, a new mirror, and a new running board. After dropping off the vehicle, I received little to no communication regarding its status. When I finally picked it up, I was surprised to find the battery completely dead. Even more concerning, some of my interior parts had been swapped out with broken replacements. When I raised these issues, management insisted the vehicle was brought in that way, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
One positive note: Rick was professional and responsive, providing me with updates after I called several times. Unfortunately, the overall customer service — particularly from Christina — was lacking.

I had an outstanding experience with Maaco! From start to finish, the staff was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. They walked me through every step of the repair process, provided a clear estimate, and finished the job ahead of schedule. The quality of work exceeded my expectations—my van looks brand new! I highly recommend Maaco for anyone looking for great service at a fair price.
