Work completed on time and from outside appearance looks good.
Staff was professional and friendly.
I plan on doing future business with Macco and refer friends and family.
The only con I have is just do a little rinsing of the vehicle after completed work.

I think the company did a great job with my paint job. Didn’t realize that the door jambs weren’t included which would have been fine if I was told but with a color change, it is noticeable when opening doors. Luckily, my colors were close so it’s not too bad. I just wanted to be aware as a new customer.

Was not happy with painting results! Took it back after first attempt, seem like nothing was done to correct flaws! Was told you are going to see flaws? We are not a custom shop? So Macco should state bring your car to us but expect flaws and we are not a custom shop! I Just wanted my paint job to not look like stuff is in the paint and finger prints and bubbles on my vehicle! I’m out of my money! I will move on. Went in with three flaws came out with over ten! 9407 old stales mill road, Henrico, VA.

Maaco did a great job painting my car! The finish looks smooth and fresh, and the team was professional throughout. It took about 4-5 days to complete, which was a bit longer than I expected, but totally worth the wait. I’m really happy with how it turned out!

I waited weeks for our appointment. After having my for 4 days, they called saying the color I picked wasn't available, however they have the same color in a special paint that I can have for an extra $1,000.00! I drove the 1 1/4 hour drive to the & picked a different color. They did a decent job, but not great. There's some overspray that I'll have to work to get off. The also don't open the doors, so the old color is still in there. At a glance the car looks very nice.

MAACO ON OLD STAPLES MILL ROAD DROVE MY CAR WHILE GETTING PAINTED AND STOLE MY YETI $25 MUG!!! Had to take my car back 3x’s since wasn’t right and still isn’t. The owner, Patrick, will not return my calls. You’d think he’d want to know if employees are driving customers cars since this would be 100% liability for him if they had an accident or injury. And that fact employees are stealing personal items from customers cars. So, Patrick please call me!!

I called the week of 7/22/24 to schedule the work and made the appointment for Wednesday, 7/25. They said the car should be ready by Friday so I let them know I’d be heading out of town and asked if I could pick it up Monday instead. They said that wouldn’t be a problem. When I dropped the car off on 7/25 I took an Uber to go pick up a rental car for the next 4 days (~$380). When I arrived back at Maaco on 7/29 to pick up my car, I saw it sitting in the same spot I left it in and no work had been done to the car whatsoever. The employee inside didn’t offer an apology but told me they were planning to start it later today. If they’re this bad at the basics it’s not worth the risk of letting them move forward with the work. Going somewhere else.

This shop did an excellent job extending the life of my 2007 Toyota Corolla, which was in danger of rusting to death. The new paint job makes it look beautiful again. Thank you!
