DO NOT sleep on this place. Jackie is amazing. My partner and I came in around 5 PM, even though they close at 6, and Jackie was pleased and ready to assist us. The diagnostic tool they use allowed us to see which beds were recommended.Jackie walked us through our financing options while informing us of the sale/discount opportunities and I can happily say, we've found our bed!

Jackie was fabulous! After shopping around at a few other stores with delivery times of almost 4 weeks, we were discouraged. She found us a great mattress in our price range and it could be delivered in 2 days. Would highly recommend her and mattress warehouse!

Amazing costumer service ! I was on a tight schedule on getting many mattresses and they were able to help me out and get everything I needed ! Highly recommended, the manager jackie also helped me and she provided wonderful costumer service , and answered all questions I had . I was so impressed they were able to do so much for me on little time and they had great prices no other locations could beat . Definitely will be a returning costumer .

I would not have been able to purchase a mattress that day if it hadn't been for Jackie's help. She was super nice and patient with my obviously-new-to-the-whole-thing questions, and recommended a mattress that was both within budget and reasonably comfortable.

My girlfriend and I came into the store today to finally get our own bed after using the one my roommate had provided. The staff in this store were extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The mattress they helped us pick out is high quality and decently priced. I'm actually quite pleased with the whole experience.

Visited store in Virginia Beach (Kempsville Road) to look. Jarred was so helpful and informative about the products. I purchased a matress that day and he even helped me pick the perfect pillow. Bed arrived on time as promised. Delivery persons were polite, and set up was done quickly. Highly recommend visiting Jarred!!!
