I waited in the drive-through for over an hour. No apologies for the inconvenience. I wanted to throw the food back inside the window and smack somebody with it but I held myself because I’m a God person.

Ordered and paid for a mobile order and the guy working the drive through told me to go somewhere else bc they don't accept those there. Then decided to come out of the restaurant to the drive through to yell at me some more. Wendy's breakfast is better anyways.

The worst customer service experience I've had in my life, the manager was very rude, I was in a truck and I accidentally placed the order for drive thru, I went to the store to ask how the option to pick up the order in store would change.The employee didn't even let me explain what had happened and turned his back.I walked to the drive thru to explain what happened and again I was treated badly!Terrible customer service and experience!

We were on roadtrip from Florida to New York and decided to stop for a food, I placed and order using mobil phone. We drove to drive thru to pickup up an order. The order was brought to us and we drove away and hop on the highway. Upon checking the food , they short one chicken sandwich. Now we on the highway drove 10 miles already..One of us didn't have dinner that day.It was really bad.Check your order before you leave. Better don't go there.

The fact that the order was messed up and was told to hold the sandwich for whatever number of days until I return the wrong order you can not be serious..The guy Rob I guess who is the manager could give two cents didn't show concern or anything after money was spent in his store..Need better customer service could have atleast took ownership for a mistake that was made.How an egg McMuffin turn into a sausage McMuffin yuck..I will not return I will give the sandwich to a homeless person who will ever hold a sandwich from McDonald's for 3 days just Nasty. This store should b way better then it looks being off the highway as people travel thru VA. P.S it don't hurt to speak if you stare in a customer face ..The female who took my order was very NICE THE ONLY GOOD THING FROM THIS POST.Some people should not have certain positions

Pulled up to the drive thru window at 8:30 on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024. I said “hello” into the ordering box, no response. I waited a few seconds and repeated “hello”, no response. I gave it another 10 seconds and said “hello” again… a man said that if I didn’t have enough patience to wait that I should leave. Instead of getting food that was spit on I left. I’ll never go back here again.

Mcdonalds franchises are slack ... always out of something ... this one, like the others, is out of items to make shakes, lattes, and frappes ... it's a rarity to find one that can fill that order ... also a rarity to receive cheerful, pleasant customer service ... IMO it's ALWAYS inefficient management ...

A simple order of french fries, nothing more, took ages. Asking for a sauce packet took twice as long, seven times in counting. Service nonexistent, attendant was rude.
