Went through drive thru, lady taking orders was yelling at me for no reason AT ALL. Terrible customer service, i about pulled up to the window and told her how it was.. but knew it was best to just pull off and take my happy self to chick fil a. My message to that drive thru lady.. your misery is SCREAMING and I’ll be praying for folks like you. Learn how to talk to people or don’t work customer service.. did your mother not teach you anything? It’s really not that hard to be a decent person. It’s more effort being mad and miserable all the time. Try finding your inner peace.

Looks like you no longer care about the customer service anymore had to go next door and spent my money there I walked in and the manager insisted of greeting told me here is the sign and said use kiosk to order and the kiosks said it was closed you guys need to train your people how to take care of customer other wise will loose customer

Came through and they are under construction. Sat at the drive thru intercom for 5 minutes with no greeting. The menu board was not working correctly, and looked like it was glitching. Came up to the window to ask if they were open (maybe we were wrong because of the construction) the older lady at the window was FLAT OUT HOSTILE AND RUDE. All we asked was if they were open and got told “WELL, yeah. What do you want????” Only one out of three of us ordered, just a nugget meal. The lady then said “WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT?? Is that it??” And kept giving us dirty looks the whole time.The food was fine. But if you don’t enjoy your job, please get a new one. We weren’t rude, mean or anything to warrant that behavior. She needs new customer service skills.

Their sign literally says they have ice cream. We waited 20 minutes with only two cars ahead of us to get to the ordering screen where it took another 10 minutes to actually order and they proceeded to say they have zero ice cream. It took FOREVER for the person taking the orders to do their job. It was insanely bad service.

Purchased food for self and 2 grand kids. There's was very good. Kids meals. Mine a Mcdouble. Just warm. Didn't have that fresh taste and temp. Overall a good rating on experience. I did order on kiosk.. Manager brought food to table and very friendly.Kid-friendliness: Video games t some tables. Kids loved.

This is about a complaint about finding a Band aid in my food, and now I feel really sick. My cousin, his girlfriend and I came to the McDonalds drive thru around 6:30ish pm on 02/03/24 and ordered our food in 2 separate orders. When we received our food, we realized that we were missing a mcchicken for one of our orders, we got that resolved quickly with no complaint. But, thats just to add on top for what Im about to tell you what I found. When we came back home we were eating our food and my cousin found the rubber part of the band aid in his food. We went back since we live relatively close to the location and asked for a new meal for my cousin ( mind you I still havent got to my food and its waiting back home in the bag) they gave us a fresh meal and the lady behind the counter said that "it was probably the paper bag that accidentally fell in the food and we shouldn't worry about it". We got our meal and came back home thinking nothing of it, I was eating most of my food, but while I got to the fries towards the bottom, I found the cotton part of the bandaid with BLOOOD ON IT!! We came back a second time and asked for a refund respectfully. The Manager Lady told us no because we ate most of the meal, and only gave us 11 dollars for the Big Mac meal which my cousin didnt eat ,it was also the meal we had re done with the rubber part of the bandaid that was found the first time; we left with the building unsatisfied because we didnt get our money back. It also really disgusting, people can get sick, WORST CASE STDS!! so I left pretty pissed but respectfully because Im not the type of person to confront about these situations, but now that I think about I wished I shouldve because later that night around 10pm I started feeling nauseous and started throwing up. So thats why Im writing this review, I would love to talk to an actual Manager or another higher up to help me resolve this situation because THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, IT MAKES ME NEVER WANT TO EAT MCDONALDS AGAIN, I LEFT NOT ONLY UNSATISFIED, BUT REALLY DISGUSTED ESPECIALLY NOW BECAUSE I STARTED THROWING UP LATER THAT NIGHT. We came around 6:30pm came back the first time around 7pm, and the last time around 7:20pm so in total we had to come to the location 3 times and left disappointed. Now for the photos I cant provide photos on here so Im going to post them on google reviews, so you can see them. Thank you and have a great day

this is the worst mcdonald’s i’ve been to yet, the people were so rude that we left before we completed the order. do not ever go here if your looking for a regular conversation for a order.
