The clinic was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely come back here in an emergency situation. I was helped by Connie and she was incredibly professional and kind.

Just came here to say Ms Connie is so pleasant and kind! I came in today for a walk in appointment and just speaking with her to get registered made me feel at ease. I won’t go on and on but really she’s so awesome and you all are lucky to have someone like her on your team. A little kindness goes a long way. Thank you Ms Connie :)

Not much of an urgent care if they refuse to see you 45 minutes before they close. What good is an urgent care if you can't go there without an appointment

MedExpress has got the best, polite, courteous, friendly and most professional staff. I just walked in without an appointment and got myself an amazing team that attended to me. The environment is sparkling clean, sanitized and pretty comfortable. I'll visit again definitely if I have need for their services.

I don't have a primary doctor in Richmond as I am a resident of FL. I was able to make a same day appointment at MedExpress. I was feeling very poorly and was afraid I had RSV. The front desk clerk checking me in was very kind and empathetic. I did not have to wait long to go back, and the nurse who was assigned to me was also very kind. She drew tests swabs and put me in an exam room. Very quickly, the NP was in with me, gave me a diagnosis, and had me checking out. I appreciate the staff in how kind they were and how professional they were. Thank you!

The staff member who helped me and my daughter was great. The other young associates next to her was not doing her job at all she was younger and wasn't interested in registering people she was too focused on her cell phone and not interested in patients. When we arrived it was only 3people one other before me and my daughter she didn't call any one to check them in. It was the oldest person who was doing all the work she should get special attention for that . The young ones should be trained better and not be on their cell phone. Patients take notice of everything she didn't want to give me a face mask.some staff members need more training than others. I'm a teacher for over 40years and I noticed everything

The doors were locked about 30 minutes before closing. The front office ladies were looking at us like we were crazy! If you don't want these jobs, don't apply! Customers pay you! You don't pay us. Bad customer service!!!!

Front desk person was extremely rude and seemed like she hated her job and seemed like I was inconveniencing her just being in her presence . The MA/nurse who took me back was so adorable and sweet and so bubbly! She definitely made me feel better about being there and was very personalble. The Nurse Practitioner was nice but I didn’t get a direct diagnosis of what I had. Not to mention I booked an appointment for 10AM and didn’t get seen until almost 11:30…..

I was initially pleased with my visit for double ear infections, I was extremely disappointed when the prescribed ear drops didn't work. I called the center, and was told I would have to come back. I tried to schedule a virtual appointment, and was on hold for an hour. I then called the center again, and I was on hold for 45 minutes. I'm very disappointed that they don't care that my pain level is TEN, and now have to find another urgent care to get oral antibiotics.

Went in for an evident ear infection. Nurse practitioner prescribed me an antibiotic & ear drops that were $200 through my insurance. Called immediately back after trying to have generic version sent to pharmacy instead & practitioner never called back. Endured one day of excruciating pain so went to ER to get second opinion & new prescription. Wouldn't reccomend however the Front Desk lady was nice!

Had a 1:30 appointment and by 1:50 they still hadn’t seen the 12:30 appointment yet! I was told there would be a “short wait”. They were almost 2 hours behind. Nothing about that is short.

I went to med express with leg pain. Because I had a bug bite, the doctor misdiagnosed me with cellulitis. She prescribed medication to help with the infection. Unfortunately, the medicine prescribed led me to the hospital with dehydration! I threw up, and couldn't eat for two days and had to get an IV.I usually get the help I need, but the ER doctor said it wasn't cellulitis, cause there was no discoloration. He then had to give me prescriptions to correct the problem due to the misdiagnosis! It upset me, because it turned into a week long ordeal, and treating something that wasn't there. Thankfully vomiting was the only bad side effect. It could have been worse.The lady at the front desk was, however, amazing! In addition to helping me move around, she saved me pain by bringing my paperwork and anything I needed out to me in the reception area! She was amazing. But the doctor was just trying to get rid of me, and it did me no favors

The front desk manager and nurse who took my vitals were nice, compassionate and patient. As for the N.P., her bedside manner was not great all at. Very discouraging experience.

Nurse practitioner rude and bad bedside manner. Made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her to come and be seen. She even made assumptions for my care and I had to correct her. Not a good experience at all, very discouraging.
