“After much research online for medical equipment we need for my veteran father, we came across this place. I was very surprised at the inventory they have and Paul was very helpful in showing me and my mom many options for the different needs that my dad has. Very pleased with the quality of products AND they do deliveries which makes life that much easier! Will absolutely be back here for all medical supply needs. I do wish they took insurance, and or offered maybe a small military/ veteran discount but that’s ok. Thank you Paul for great service and explaining each product. You have customers for life!!! A+”

“I was traveling and had a problem with my CPAP hose. I found Discount Medical Supply on Yelp and called. Steve was very professional, and assured me he had replacement hoses and would do whatever was necessary to fix my problem. When I got to the store, he went above and beyond to assist me, searching through multiple bins to provide the part I needed. He fixed my problem and refused to charge me (after joking that the charge was $500). Another employe whose name escapes me also expressed interest in my problem. If you're in the Richmond area and are in need of medical supplies, you can't do better than Steve's place.”

“Tavonda was so professional, friendly, & helpful when I called to make an Appointment to buy 2 Rollators so they could adjust them to a perfect fit for my parents. When my parents and I arrived Tavonda, Damiel, Leanne & Jameel in their office were all so professional, welcoming, friendly , helpful & kind. Once my parents were fitted for their rollators we then ordered 2 hospital beds so my parents could get in and out of beds easier, relax at bedtime watching a movie with the raised bed or raise the bottom of the beds to rest their achy legs at night. We also ordered a hospital food tray on wheels so my parents could have fun having snacks in bed. ? Jameel the wonderful & kind delivery person helps to bring & put together and set up equipment. Also they are very helpful getting all paperwork- prescriptions needed for Medicare etc from your Doctors office. 150 % Customer Satisfaction from my parents the Mullins & Sheri Wilson their daughter caretaker.”

“I am a tattooist and have had many years of tattoo experience. Of course I have used many needles and tattoo machines. I always like to try new products; I found Goliath Needles on Google and ordered some needles. I doubted their quality bc the price was ridiculously cheap. However, it was surprising that the quality was as good as expensive ones. I carefully tested the product and all tattooists in my shop were unanimously satisfied. So far Goliath Needle has offered the best price in the market while not sacrificing quality at all. Tattooists are artists who draw a picture on human body, and needles are like the brush. The only difference is we cannot reuse needles unlike a painting brush. Completing a tattoo might require several sessions, and we only use one needle per session whether the job is small or big. All in all, Goliath Needle will surely reduce tattoo expenses, and it is vital bc all tattooists are self-employeed.”

Andrew went out of his way to correct a towel shortage situation we had at Serendipity Wellness Studio, a massage therapy business in Burke, VA. 100 towels were supposed to be delivered and when we called about only 10 being delivered, he drove all the way to Fredericksburg to bring us 93 more towels that very same day.”

“Great customer service! Easy to work with-great communication! I visited the office in Henrico and met personally with the rep on a SUNDAY! He was genuinely concerned about getting the right supplies for my machine and answered all of my questions. Gave me all the time and attention I needed-could not have been nicer! I set up an automatic delivery for replacement of supplies that are shipped directly to my home when needed. A simple phone call is all that is necessary if I should need to change or alter any order. They even set up the communication link to relay my cpap’s data directly to my doctor. I am very happy with Lincare!”
