Store was not open at 6:30pm on Thursday 12/1. They need to correct their hours on here and on their store sign so that potential customers don't come when they're closed and locked.

My sis and I came to get her new phone because they were out of stock at the other location. The girl here, Leydy, was slow and didn't really know her stuff. We were told by the other store personnel that they could transfer her android data to her new iPhone, but here, the girl said it couldn't be done. Not so!! They aren't trained to do that here, but it can be done. Here they only link android to android or apple to apple. So, we went back to the first store and he got the job done! She didn't know the prices and the line got increasingly longer as she helped one customer in this tiny space for a ridiculously amount of time. I suggest you go to the Staples Mill store for service. We only came here because the phone she wanted was in stock, other than that, you're out of luck! The extra star is for their inventory, and they accommodate the Spanish speaking community.

Is give them zero stars. The sales associate only wanted to make a sale. He even went as far as to lie to me about the iPhones. He told me they have special iPhones that have SD cards for added memory. So i asked to see one and he changed his story. Sketchy and dishonest.
