THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY NEARLY 15 years with MetroPCS! The Asian woman was RUDE AND HAD A TERRIBLE DISPOSITION! She continuously talked over me numerous times while she insisted on transferring my services to T-Mobile! I was never offered an option to purchase a phone there she immediately stated they only had promotions currently with T-Mobile and continued pushing her agenda for me to switch. As I was speaking to the other co-worker she continued to speak over me. As I continued to attempt to talk to the other woman she then gets RUDE AND TELLS ME “GOODBYE “! Have a good day ma’am. GOODBYE “…When I asked for her name she refused to give me her name and walked off. I immediately took pictures at that point because this was totally unnecessary!!! IF YOU DON’T HAVE INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND PATIENCE YOU SHOULD NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC!!! WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER NONE OF YOU WOULD BE IN THAT STORE!!! I’m beyond upset and disappointed to have been treated in this manner!!! I have never experienced such a level of disrespect from a so called CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT/REP!!!! You both need to re-think your choice of career options obviously you don’t enjoy working with CUSTOMERS!!! WITH YOUR RUDE AND NASTY SELF‼️ Believe you me MY MONEY WILL SPEND SOMEWHERE ELSE! ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS PURCHASE A NEW PHONE!!!

I had a great experience at MetroPCS thanks to Nathan and Sarah. They went above and beyond to help me transfer my phone line over, even though we ran into some serious challenges getting the transfer PIN from my old carrier. They stayed patient, professional, and super helpful the entire time. I really appreciate their dedication and teamwork—it made a stressful situation so much easier. Big thanks to both of them for sticking with it and getting everything set up smoothly!

This is a bad business, they charge you. Before starting any transaction, like someone asking for a gift and the Chinese, if they can't do it, try to give any excuse not to return the money.

i have never experienced such discrimination and horrible customer service until i came to this store. the asian lady told us if the port didn't go through, not only would we lose our money ($230) but we would BE FORCED to pay $300+ more for a new number. you cant expect to run a successful business with someone like that in charge. not only is she lacking communication skills but she seems to discriminate and force made up policies against customers who (she thinks) don't speak english. she became extremely impatient and frustrated and actually started talking down to us. she said the port company was supposedly closed on sunday and we weren't going to leave with less that what we came in with. she kept giving lame excuses but then finally offered a refund and she took $40 out of what we paid. i reported her to customer service and filed a claim with my bank. i ported my number to boost mobile.

Extremely patient and helpful when I had to go in twice to make a phone switch- first time it wasn’t unlocked and they helped with getting info on that. Then when I came back later to make the switch, just as kind & helpful!

I just feel like this a ripp off because my bill is due every month on 18th I pay my bill late I pay my bill yesterday $60 &50 plan $10 for insurance that I told them I no longer want the insurance but now they tell me in 5 days I got to pay another $60 June 26 no way .I think I'm find me another phone company.ijs I don't have money to just give away ..
