People so uneducated on their products made me sick ?? I called T-Mobile 800 # and complained the representative were so uninformed about products and the service representative Debbie that sold me two of my phones won't even talk to me. Every time I call because I have her business card they say she's not here ? I even ask if she still worked there?? They say we can't tell you that??? Don't go in there. They don't back up you spending much monies and a 3 year contract!!! I'm trying to get outta this costly contract that nobody at the store front at Jeff Davis Richmond, VA will return call or talk to you, especially my representative Debbie at Jeff Davis ??? Richmond, Va
