Buyers be-ware!! They keep 10% if you cancel. We book these folks to move us well over a month out. At no fault of our own we had to cancel the move. Within three days of paying the deposit we call to cancel and get our deposit refunded. Tony said it was Company policy for them to keep 10%. For three days? Really! We will be moving eventually and WILL NOT use this company! That is not how you do business!

Had a move today with the incredible Lemons, KJ, and Nat and it was fantastic. They are efficient, resourceful, and STRONG. Cannot recommend enough.

The team that came to our home were terrific, they were polite, helpful, explained everything to us and worked extremely hard to get everything wrapped safely and securely in an efficient manner. We had very steep stairs to climb , which were quite awkward to say the least, especially the bigger items. It was also a pretty warm day ,so very hot work. I would like to thank them all for a job well done.

Excellent service for a local move. The crew went to every effort to protect furniture including some heirloom pieces, and were able traverse narrow doors, many stairs without any damage to furniture and other items. They were able to fit everything in the 4 BR house plus some lawn equipment in the one truck. Very pleasant and hardworking crew that took few breaks on a hot 85+ day. Some other movers quoted lower, but if you read their reviews you will see they don’t take care of the contents as well as Mid-Atlantic.

This still bothers me today after the job was done. I did not like the movers using and touch my refrigerator for their personal drinks. Should not be a standard practice and it is not sanitary for my house! I regret that I didn’t stand my ground and refuse them to use my refrigerator. On top of that, I felt disrespected that they left empty Gatorade’s behind on my property after out of courtesy paying for those Gatorades. Leaving personal garbage at anytime after the job is disgusting and should not be standard practice at all anywhere.

I cannot thank Mid-Atlantic enough. From the agent to the drivers they were all amazing!
Matt had excellent customer service and was very thorough on explaining details. He provided deals when he can, and quite frankly overall the total cost was not terrible. I like how they ask for a down payment and then the other part of the payment comes after the work is done. It’s nice two make two separate payments than to pay 1 huge payment.
Dante and I am so sad but I can’t remember the other person who helped him, but both men were wonderful. The arrival time was estimated to be anywhere from 1 pm to 5 pm and the movers got there at 12:45 I was impressed. They were approachable and caring. They went above and beyond. They were able to finish the complete move within about 2 and a half hours which wasn’t bad with the amount of furniture and it being on the 15th floor. Dante also has amazing driving skills with the fact that he was able to squeeze a whole big truck into a narrow storage unit.
Overall I am very satisfied with the movers and the company as a whole. So with that I want to thank Mid-Atlantic for making my move as stress free as possible!

Movers arrived on time and were polite. I was told that they break furniture down and build back up but when inquired I was told they did not have any tools and didnt know how to break down a crib and a bed frame. So the bedframe was left in my apartment. They were able to remove the crib from the apartment but the crib did not fit in the door to the bedroom of the new house. So my crib was just left in the hallway. In the attempt to squeeze the crib in the room, the door frame and floor were scrapped. Also their truck broke down twice on the way to the new place. They gave me the cheapest quote which is why I chose them but you get what you pay for.

They did a great job and so nice and strong too....KJ, Dante, Terral and Daniel did such a great job. They got the job done professionally. Super easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anybody. Great jobs guys !!!
