Insisted they couldn’t patch a tire that had a small puncture in the tread - said it couldn’t be done and tried to push me to buy a new tire multiple times. However, I was easily able to find someone else who patched it without issue. Was also frustrated they spent an hour doing an unwanted inspection just looking for other reasons to charge me, and waited until the end of that hour to tell me they couldn’t do what I actually brought the car to them for.

I initially left a positive review for this Midas location, but I’m updating it after discovering they fraudulently failed my Virginia state inspection. BLAKE claimed I needed two new rear tires and windshield wiper blades, even though my car had no issues. They removed my original inspection sticker and replaced it with a rejection sticker, then told me they could get the tires “within a day” clearly trying to upsell unnecessary services.
Even more concerning , after their inspection, my car suddenly displayed a sensor warning light that had never appeared before. I had recently taken my vehicle to Honda for a multi-point inspection, diagnostic check, and a transmission flush, and everything passed with flying colors, no rear tire issues, no blade issues, no sensor problems
To confirm my suspicions, I went back to Honda a week later and had the inspection done again. My car passed easily with zero issues, exact same tires, same wipers, same condition.
This Midas location tried to take advantage of me, and I am now reporting them to the Virginia State Police Safety Division, the Virginia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Office, and the Better Business Bureau. I am escalating this as far as I can for what I believe is a deliberate and dishonest attempt to profit by failing honest inspections.
⚠️ Beware of this location, if they failed your car, I highly recommend getting a second opinion before spending any money.

My son took our car here to get it State inspected. They told him we needed several items he did not need. Went and got a second opinion it needed to set wiper blades, and they actually found a problem that the original inspector did not even list. Do not take your car here.

Great service - everyone was very friendly and I didn't have to wait long for my oil change. They let me know what else my car needed but weren't pushy about it at all. Highly recommend!

I receive A1 service EVERY time I come to Midas Willow Lawn. They have caught two lemons that I bought and got rid of. Ebony ALWAYS gets me scheduled and in and out no matter the weekday or weekend. I refer ppl to go there all the time.
