This weekend is the second time that representatives for Midas on Arthur Ashe Blvd. told me they’d have my car done by the end of the day — and then never looked at it and never called me.
They’re closed on Sunday, and I work Monday, so guess I’ll have to come up with alternate arrangements to get to my job.
I get it, it’s busy. But if you’re too busy, just tell me to go somewhere else to get the work done.
And if you tell me my car will be done by the end of the day and then change your mind — right before closing for the rest of the weekend! — at least call me and let me know.
Pretty basic customer service stuff here.

If you need your car repaired go to Midas of Richmond,excellent work and great customer service, also they have loaner cars.....;)

My car has been serviced here several times. They are great, communicative, and I never feel pressured to buy something right then and there if my car needs additional work. The staff are wonderful and very friendly.
I moved south of the river, and still take my care here!

These folks always deliver. I realized I had a bad tire the night before a road trip through the mountains. I showed up, just praying they could help me. Sure enough. No questions asked. I am so grateful for their service.

Jilli and Matt were amazing. My service was done with professionalism. They were fast friendly and professional. Guided me through the entire process and they don’t know it but they helped set the tone for my day.

I had never been to a Midas before visiting this location and my experience was outstanding! Their dedication to customer care, evident from the inspection to the loaner car made me feel they truly value their customers. Their willingness to accommodate my chaotic flight schedule was above and beyond my expectations as I had just stumbled across the garage. Exceptional individuals, extraordinary service! I wish I got the names of everyone who helped me, every single employee from start to finish was friendly and amazing! I went in for a simple inspection and came out a lifelong customer. I had an unfortunate experience with my car. I went to the shop to get tires installation and replace the serpentine belt. The next weekend, after changed the oil by myself I noticed that the side cover of my car was missing. I was a bit disappointed, but the shop staff was really helpful. They offered to buy the new part for me, which was a great gesture.

Nicole was very friendly, efficient and helped me get a great deal on my tire repair. I called ahead regarding a tow for a flat tire. She called me once the car arrived and ensured the tire was looked at in a timely manner. I received a quote for the cheapest option available, which is very much appreciated in today’s economy. I’ve had consistent great experiences at this Midas location.
