This was my first experience having a storage unit and it was beyond expectations! Climate controlled, perfect amount of space, and they even offer a truck to help you move your items from your spot to the unit! If ever I need to rent again, this will be the place!

I have stored my overflow from my shopping ventures at this location for months. It's easy access, it's always clean and each time I have spoken with an individual in the office, they are always professional and courteous. I will tell everyone, if you need extra storage, please give Mini Price Storage a try!

I just got a space here and am having a great experience! The staff were amazing during the set up. Crystal's customer service was top notch. The entire premise is very clean and there are plenty of carts to use to move your things. The elevators are also a great size to move lots of items without making multiple trips. I appreciate the speedy service to get my account set up and the ease of the process. It's also a very easy and secure process to get your things when you need it. I highly recommend this one!

First of all I appreciate this storage facility. they are super clean, climate control and reliable.. the staff is AWESOME.... Ms. Tanya Brown is always courteous , very friendly and helpful.. every transaction is always easy and stress free.. I was amazed at how easy it was to be granted access to their trucks for easy moving.. I would HIGHLY recommend this Facility to any and everyone who is looking for a clean,, comfortable and affordable storage facility..... They actually deserve 10 stars not 5.... Im just saying.. THANK YOU,,,, Ms.Brown and all the staff at Mini Price Storage..

Mini Price Storage truly is a model in Customer Service… I have kept multiple units at several of thier Richmond locations for close to 5 years and in all that time, and in all of my dealings with it’s staff, from trainees to management to corporate, I have been treated with a level of respect and attention that has shown me to be looked upon as a valued client….a valued person, and not just another renter. This Grace was most recently extended to me by Kristiana who works in the Corporate office and whom I wanted to recognize for her wonderful attitude and her dedication to helping me in a matter of the utmost importance to m. Kristiana exemplifies the kind of servitude that is so rarely seen in the (business) world today… that it needs to be recognized!
