This review is for Home Safety products. Patrick was our sales rep and he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was new to the world of wheel chairs, ramps and grab bars. Patrick answered all my questions, did thorough analysis of our home and outlined the products that would best fit our needs. He made the process very easy for us. I would highly recommend.

My wife's stair chairlift stopped working. She had urgent need for its repair. After explaining her dire need, Mobility works repaired the stair in short order.

We had a flawless experience renting a WA van from MobilityWorks in Richmond, VA. They were responsive to our pre-pickup questions, several people greeted us when we picked up the van, they gave us a thorough introduction to using the vehicle, and answered all our followup questions. Very professional and courteous at every step of the way. Highly recommend this place!

When I bought my scooter, the person who I initially spoke with went out on medical leave after my visit to the store, before the transaction was completed. The others in the store did not have any idea how to do her job. The entire ordeal was very frustrating. We finally got beyond that, and I got my scooter. Everything was fine until a couple of weeks ago, when the scooter started squealing nonstop. I called Mobility Works a few times and had to leave a message. To this day, no return call. Their customer service is terrible. It would be worth a drive to another city for a purchase if you can find someone who provides good customer service support. I would NOT Recommend them.

I recently purchased a new car. I use hand controls to drive. The staff at Mobility Works were extremely helpful in coordinating the process with the dealership, Haley Toyota. They also kept me in the loop of information and up to date on the status of my new car. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.the whole process once the parts arrived too 1 full day.

I have had my vehicle serviced at the Richmond MobilityWorks location multiple times. Everyone I’ve had contact with is awesome. They do great work. I will be bringing my Honda here for service. Great people!

It is the worst place I have ever went to even with your warranty. They can’t do nothing for you. They ordered the part wrong first I had to wait five hours. Nobody informed me anything that the POD was wrong. Second I called back a month later for the new part they say is arrive and came in. Waited another five hours and figure out at the end that the part is not even arrive. That’s just ridiculous and not acceptable.I waited to speak to a manager nobody want to come and talk, because they know they wrong about what happen. So I’m asking for the owner to contact me about this problem ASAP

Always pleased with the service and appreciate the warm atmosphere whenever I bring my vehicle in for service. Nita was exceptionally prompt and helpful when I needed a last minute vehicle inspection!

It took multiple calls to get help finally after about 5 phone calls with never a call back an after me myself having to call vmi the manufacturer to get part number for my van ramp the Northstar in witch is the name for vmi's in the floor ramp I got part number pw4119 I believe mobility works part department had to order requested credit card an shipping info because they had to order from California were I ordered personally them being the dealer I received my belt in two days when ordered myself here it is a week now an the dealership still has not had my belt delivered to me advice go an order your self the dealership takes forever
