I recently visited the CVS store located at 6911 Walmsley Blvd Richmond, VA 23235. The snow removal crew had blocked the exit and made it almost impossible to leave the parking lot. When I exited my car to make sure that I had enough clearance, I was confronted by the backhoe operator who told me that if I did not know how to drive, I should be driving. It escalated from that to the guy shouting profanity at me and threatened to ram my car with the backhoe. I got back in my car and as I was attempting to leave, he followed me through the parking lot at a high rate of speed and attempted several times to hit my car. He missed, thank god! I immediately contacted the store and spoke to the assistant manager on duty who took my contact info. and assured me that I would receive a call the next day from the store manager (Kamal). After two days of not hearing from him, I contacted their district office and left a message for the district manager, Christopher Todd. I was once again told to expect a call from him or the store manager within twenty four hours. Six days later, I haven't heard from anyone at CVS. Apparently, they don't understand the meaning of customer service. They simply don't value their customers. I can now see why Walgreens beats them in every aspect of competition. I will never shop their again! Losers!!!
